Adrienne R. Pierangeli

A graduate of the University of Scranton with a B.S. in Business Administration, and the New York Law School, Attorney Pierangeli joined the firm in 2013. Attorney Pierangeli was a mediator at Smalls Claims Court in New York City during law school and was a certified legal intern at the Lackawanna County District Attorney's Office. Attorney Pierangeli services all clients within the firm focusing on Divorce, Custody, Support, Adoption, and Real Estate Transactions. Attorney Pierangeli is dedicated to assisting clients through each stage of their life and handles each case with diligence. She also serves as a guardian ad litem in Lackawanna County. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Family Law Section, and Lackawanna Bar Association.

Kurt T. Lynott

Obtained his J.D. degree from the Widener University School of Law and holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Scranton. He joined Brian J. Cali & Associates after serving as Assistant District Attorney in Lackawanna County. Prior to that position, he served as a law clerk to Judge Michael Barrasse, Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas and a Juvenile Court Master. Presently Attorney Lynott serves as Conflict Counsel/PCRA Counsel for Lackawanna County. Current memberships include Pennsylvania Bar Association, Criminal and Family Law Sections; and Lackawanna County Bar Association where he serves on the Board of Directors.

Marianne M. Stivala

Attorney Stivala was admitted to the Bar in 2001. She is regularly involved in corporate and commercial transactions. Her practice focuses on formation of business entities, business sales and acquisitions, financing and contract negotiations. Attorney Stivala practices in both commercial and residential real estate sales and closings. Attorney Stivala also has extensive legal experience in Estate planning and counseling clients in drafting Wills, Trusts and Power of Attorney with Health Care Directives and End of life Guidance. She participates in the "Wills for Heroes" program providing Wills, Power of Attorneys and Health Care Powers to Veterans. She possesses the drive and dedication necessary to guide her clients through the Probate process, helping to manage assets and providing tax saving strategies to enhance distribution to estate beneficiaries. Attorney Stivala is a Bachelor of Science graduate of the University of Scranton and received a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in the Courts of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lackawanna Bar Associations.
