Aaron Randolph

Aaron Randolph, Assistant Superintendent, was born in Jacksonville, Arkansas. He attended all 13 years of his public education in the Cabot school system and graduated from Cabot High School in 2001. Prior to serving in his current role, Mr. Randolph served as the Director of G/T & AP for Cabot Schools beginning in 2012 and added the role of Federal Programs Director in 2015. From 2018-2021 he served as the Executive Director for K-12 Curriculum & Instruction for the Cabot School District. Other than one year as an undergraduate of studying in Europe, Mr. Randolph has spent his entire life in the state of Arkansas. Mr. Randolph has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Classical Studies from the University of Arkansas. He was presented with a Master of Arts Degree in Teaching from the University of Central Arkansas. In addition, Mr. Randolph received a Graduate Certificate in the Education of Gifted, Talented, & Creative students from Arkansas State University and earned an Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He holds educational licensure in 7-12 Social Studies and K-12 Gifted and Talented, along with District-level and Curriculum/Program administration. Before beginning as a full-time teacher, Mr. Randolph worked in both the Cabot School District as well as the North Little Rock School District as a substitute teacher. He began his teaching career at NLR High School - East Campus before returning to his alma mater in 2010. Prior to moving into administration, he taught a number of Social Studies courses including World History, Civics, Pre-AP Civics, Economics, AP European History and AP Art History. Mr. Randolph is a professional member of ASCD, AAEA, AACIA, AAGEA, where he serves as the Immediate Past-president, NAGC, and AGATE, where he serves as the chair of the Legislative committee. Mr. Randolph has been married to his wife, Ann, since 2007. The couple has four wonderful children, Charlotte, Daniel, Benjamin, and Elizabeth. The Randolph family is actively involved at Fellowship Bible Church in Cabot and proud to be a part of the Cabot community.

Mr. Williams is a Division President for Centennial Bank. His wife, Amy is the Regional Manager of the Northeast Arkansas Region for the Arkansas Economic Development Commission. They have three children, Alex (wife Kara) who are both educators at Royse City ISD in Royse City, Texas, Lauren (husband Heath) who is an educator in the Beebe School District, and Logan, a student at the University of Arkansas. They also have three grandchildren, Camden, Chaney, and Tayah. Mr. Williams has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from Arkansas State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Arkansas University. Mr. Williams and his family are active members of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.

Dr. James Hertzog is the owner and optometric physician of Hertzog Family Eye Care in Cabot and Jacksonville. He is a graduate of Cabot High School, Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, and the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tenn. He is a Past President of the Cabot Lions Club and a past Board Member of the Cabot Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves on the Board for the Cabot Panther Foundation, and he is the Arkansas Optometric Association Vision Consultant to Medicaid. Dr. Hertzog gives his time to Optometry by promoting public awareness through health fairs, social media and eye screenings with the Lions Club. Other accomplishments and awards include: Arkansas Democrat -Gazette's "20 to Watch in 2013"; the Arkansas Optometric Association Young Optometrist of the Year in 2011; the 2013 Cabot Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year; the 2014 Arkansas Optometric Association Special Service award; the 2014 Cabot Panther Foundation's Hall of Fame; and the Hayes Center Practice of Excellence Award through Southern College of Optometry in 2015. Of all of his accomplishments he is most proud to be the loving husband to Dr. Charity Hertzog and father to his three sons, Jacob, Jonah, and Isaac.

Mr. Trusty is a retired teacher of 34 years with 33 of those in the Cabot school system. He received his Music Education degree from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville in 1981. In 1997, he completed his Masters of Science in Education from the University of Central Arkansas. Mr. Trusty is married to Jackie Sims Trusty, a graduate of the Cabot School District. Mr. Trusty is a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.

Kevin Tipton is a graduate of Cabot High School and Ouachita Baptist University. He is married to Rilee Tipton and they have two children. He is the son of Steve and Glena Tipton. Leila Awwad Seigrist is General Counsel for Cabot Public Schools. Initially, in 2020, Mrs. Seigrist was hired with Cabot Schools as the Director of Human Resources and Legal Affairs and served in that position for two years before transitioning to the role of General Counsel in 2022.

Liz Massey, Director of Communications for the Cabot School District, is an Emmy award winning journalist. She's been a fixture on Arkansas television for nearly 16 years. Mrs. Massey comes from an Air Force family. She was born in Maryland but moved to Arkansas in the seventh grade and considers the Natural State home. In fact, her father is from Arkansas and met her mother while stationed in Taiwan. Mrs. Massey graduated from Jacksonville High School in 1994. She received her degree in Broadcast Journalism from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro in 1998. Most Arkansans recognize Mrs. Massey from her time at THV 11 News. She spent more than a decade there and anchored the weekday evening newscasts. She also produced some of the station's most popular series, "Everyone Has a Story," and "Fishing' with Liz." Throughout her career, Mrs. Massey has been recognized repeatedly with local, state and regional awards. She won an Emmy in 2012 for her story, "Secret Mission." She helped coordinate a surprise reunion between a soldier mom deployed to Iraq and her three children. She's also been voted two years in a row "Best TV News Anchor" by Arkansas Democrat-Gazette readers. Mrs. Massey volunteers with a number of community organizations and charities. One close to her heart involves the Arkansas Rice Depot. In three years, she helped collect a remarkable "three-quarters of a million diapers" and more than a million baby wipes for families in need. She also raised more than $16,000 for the American Diabetes Association. Mrs. Massey and her husband, Keith, live in Cabot with their son, Cruz, and daughter, Carrington.

Marvin Jones

Mr. Jones has three kids and five grandchildren associated with the Cabot School District. He is a graduate of Baker University Graduate School of Business with a BBA and MBA. Mr. Jones is President of MWJ Enterprises, Inc, serves as an adjunct professor of economics at ASU, and attends New Life Church in Cabot.

Pam Clem

Mrs. Clem is married to Lonoke County Deputy Sheriff Danny Clem. They are the proud parents of six children and six grandchildren. Mrs. Clem retired from the Cabot School District after 15 years, most notably as the administrative assistant to the Athletic Director. She has served on the Cabot Panther Foundation Advisory Board, the Classified Personnel Policy Committee, and was instrumental in Cabot Can, a summer feeding program for Cabot students. Mrs. Clem also serves on the executive board for "Walk for Wheezy." Mrs. Clem is a graduate of Cabot High School. Her family has been a fixture in the Cabot Community for close to 50 years.

Mrs. Owen is married to Dr. Clayton Owen and they are proud parents to Sam, Abe, Eloise and Zeke. She and her husband have been residents of Cabot since 2004. Mrs. Owen is the founder and spokesperson for "Walk for Wheezy" and has been instrumental in implementing CPR training districtwide. She also served as the President of the Cabot Panther Foundation from 2010-2014 and currently serves as an Executive Board member of the Foundation as well as the Cabot Chamber of Commerce. Mrs. Owen and her family are members of Fellowship Bible Church in Cabot. When considering a location to establish their Orthodontic practice, they wanted a community with a strong public school system and a good church home. She feels extremely blessed to have found both.

Tina Wiley is the Executive Director of Finance for Cabot Public Schools. She graduated from Beebe High School in 1979. She attended college at UALR where she was employed for 13 years. She was then employed as the Business Manager for Beebe Public Schools for 16 years. She has been recognized as a Certified Arkansas School Business Official since 1997. Mrs. Wiley began employment with the Cabot School District in July 2009. Mrs. Wiley is an active member of the Arkansas Association of Educational Administrators (AASBO). She is currently serving on the AASBO Board of Directors as a Past President. She also serves as Co-Chair for the AASBO Mentoring Support Group. She has served on various committees for the Arkansas Department of Education. Mrs. Wiley was recognized as the Arkansas School Business Official of the year for District I in 2011 and 2013. She was recognized as the Truett Goatcher Arkansas School Business Administrator of the Year in 2014. Mrs. Wiley and her husband, Roger, have a daughter, Maria and a son, Dale. They also have three grandchildren, Ramy, Adam, and Bella.
