Cann Bridge School is a local authority maintained special school for children and young people aged 3 to 19 years. Located in Estover, Plymouth, pupils travel from Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall to learn, with capacity for 92 pupils. The school is designated as one for children and young people with complex cognition and learning needs... Our motto is ‘We Cann' and have high aspirations for each and every one of our pupils. Our dedicated and committed staff team focus on what our pupils can do and on developing pupil's communication and independence skills from the earliest of years through our Pathways to Independence Curriculum. Our pedagogy aims and gives focus to preparing pupils for their best possible futures. All pupils have individual learning targets which are based upon their Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) outcomes.
