Carthage Stoneworks originated as Carthage Marble in 1928 in Carthage, Missouri, at that time primarily focusing on quarrying marble out of the local mines. Soon the business became a commercial and residential fabricator and installer of natural stone. In 1952, Carthage Marble expanded its operations to the Kansas City Metro area and opened a showroom and fabrication shop off of Southwest Boulevard, where Carthage currently resides. Today, we focus our expertise on fabrication and installation of natural stone.
