The Central Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in the heart of downtown Syracuse, has been serving our community and surrounding suburbs for over four decades... Our team of caring professionals delivers a wide range of services focused on the emotional, physical and spiritual health of our residents. Our goal is to create a home away from home for our residents as they convalesce, to provide them with the skilled care of our dedicated medical and nursing staff, and to return them back to their own homes as soon as possible. We treat residents with the highest level of respect and dignity, assure a safe environment and deliver care in a timely and appropriate manner.
