Mr. Cooper is founder of Aaron Cooper, Inc., and architectural design firm and an experienced principal with a demonstrated history of working in the design industry. Alan B. Rashkind Esq.

Mr. Rashkind is an alumni parent and founding trustee who has served many roles at Chesapeake Bay Academy. He was the board chair from 2002-2008, and still serves on the executive and advancement committees, and the committee on trustees. He and his wife Suzette served as co-chairs of the CBA 3.0 Capital Campaign and Alan served as a cabinet member on the Transformation Capital Campaign. Mr. Rashkind is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College and the University of Virginia School of Law, and has been practicing law since 1972. He is the senior member of the Norfolk law firm, Furniss, Davis, Rashkind and Saunders, P.C., where he now spends much of his time serving as a mediator and arbitrator for other lawyers; he also still specializes in defense of civil litigation and insurance coverage matters, including personal injury, lawyer's malpractice, and municipal and federal civil rights cases. Alan served as an adjunct professor at William and Mary Law School from 2003-2013; co-authored the leading Virginia text on insurance law; is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the Virginia Law Foundation, and the American Bar Association; and is a Trustee Emeritus and former Chair of the Board of Trustees at Randolph-Macon College.

Betsy Atkinson

Betsy Atkinson, owner of Atkinson Realty, Sandbridge Realty, and Strawbridge Realty, has been in the real estate business for more than 50 years and was recently inducted into the National Association of Realtors' Omega Tau Rho fraternity for her accomplishments. Atkinson has earned many Realtor designations and has served on the Hampton Roads Realtors Association executive board as treasurer. In addition to running three companies, Atkinson has served on many boards and commissions. She was the first female chair of the Virginia Beach Planning Commission and one of the first women on the Virginia Beach Vision executive committee. Atkinson was appointed to the Old Dominion University board of visitors by Gov. Jim Gilmore and currently serves on the ODU Educational Foundation board. Atkinson in a long-standing member of AAA Tidewater and was a member of the Virginia Beach Rotary Club for many years as a Paul Harris Fellow. Atkinson was recognized as an Outstanding Professional Women in 2000. She is currently a board member for TowneBank in Virginia Beach. She earned a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Richmond and a master's degree in marine biology from Old Dominion University. She is a LEAD Hampton Roads Class of 1992 alumna. Atkinson resides in Virginia Beach and has a daughter, two sons and four grandchildren, one of which is a current student at CBA.

Bruce L. Rubin

Dr. Rubin joined the board of trustees in 2015 and is the father of CBA alumnus Isaac Rubin, a 2020 graduate of Randolph-Macon College with a BS in Biology. Bruce currently serves on the investment committee. He is the Chairman of the Finance Department and Executive Director of the Insurance and Financial Services Center at Old Dominion University. He has served as Interim Dean of the Strome College of Business, the director of the MBA program for sixteen years, coordinator of the Professional Certificate in Financial Planning as well as the undergraduate major in personal financial planning. He has over forty years of experience teaching investments, portfolio management, and corporate finance at Old Dominion University and the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. He has participated in executive development programs in the U.S. and South America. He has served on several boards including The Achievable Dream Academy, Probation Friends program in Cleveland, the Friends of Spencer Youth Center (the Tennessee juvenile prison) in Nashville, Southeastern Virginia Planned Parenthood. Cliff Cutchins V

Cliff Cutchins V, M.D. is not only a proud CBA trustee, but also a proud CBA alumnus. At the age of seven, after struggling to focus in a traditional school setting, the Cutchins family was referred to CBA. Cliff found success in the classroom when he was met with patient and dedicated teachers who took the time to understand and accommodate his learning needs. After CBA, Cliff went on to earn his bachelor's degree at the University of Virginia and later graduated with his Doctorate of Medicine from their School of Medicine. After spending time as a Resident Physician in the Department of Anesthesiology at University of Florida College of Medicine and as a Fellow Physician in Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology at Texas Heart Institute, Cliff and his family have recently settled in Virginia Beach where he is now a Staff Anesthesiologist at Atlantic Anesthesia, Inc. out of Norfolk. In addition to his service on the CBA Board of Trustees and our Education and Research Committee, Cliff is an active community member with the Virginia Beach Volunteer Rescue Squad and Operation Smile. Dr. Levin joined the board of trustees in 2011 and is the father of CBA alumnus Sarah Levin, who earned her master's degree from Goucher College and is now working in education. Dr. Levin is the current Board Chair and has also has served on the Education & Research, and Strategic Planning committees. Dr. Levin is a physician, executive and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, information technology and innovation. He also has extensive venture advisory experience and works with both investors and portfolio companies. Dr. Levin is the Chief Medical & Information Officer for Phlow USA, an innovative pharmaceutical manufacturer focused on ensuring essential medicines are available to all who need them. David Rathbone

David Rathbone is an American photographer, printmaker, and woodworker living and working in Virginia Beach, VA. His work explores the beauty of landscapes and our connection to them. In 2014, David founded Saw & Mitre Frame Company where he has worked with hundreds of photographers to display their work in his handcrafted frames. As an accomplished woodworker and photographer, David seeks to create a complete experience for the viewer. Handcrafting both the prints and the frames allows for a truly unique work of art. Dee Roberts Lester

Mrs. Lester is an alumni parent and a founding board. She served as board chair from 1992 through 1998 and has also been the board's treasurer and vice chair. Throughout her 26 years of supporting CBA through her role as trustee, Mrs. Lester has served on the executive, development, finance, committee on trustees, marketing, long range planning and capital campaign committees. She was chair of the capital campaign committee from 1999-2004 and chair of the committee on trustees from 1998-1999. Mrs. Lester is a retired certified public accountant who received her bachelor of science degree in business administration, with emphasis in accounting, from the University of Richmond. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Lester worked for a number of Hampton Roads based accounting firms, ending her career with McPhillips, Roberts & Deans, PLC, an unparalleled provider of business accounting and tax services in Hampton Roads, while also raising her three sons. Mrs. Lester has also devoted a great deal of her time to numerous other civic and philanthropic activities over the years, including, among others, the Children's Hospital of the Kings Daughters and the Church of Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, where she is a current vestry member.

Dr. Judy Jankowski has dedicated her 40-year career to serving exceptional learners of all kinds, including LD students, those with social/emotional challenges, and twice-exceptional learners who are gifted and have a learning difference. Dr. Jankowski is responsible for the health and safety of students and families, finance, fundraising, facilities, hiring and professional development at CBA. Dr. J, as she is known to her students, is Community Faculty at Eastern Virginia Medical School and serves on non-profit boards across the region. She has received multiple honors including the Woman of Distinction award by the local YWCA in the Community Champion category (2020), and a Klingenstein Fellowship at the College of Education at Columbia University (2020).

Mrs. Stanton joined the board of trustees in 2013 and currently serves on the executive and advancement committees and is also on the campaign steering committee and cabinet member for the Transformation Capital Campaign. Mrs. Stanton is very active in the Hampton Roads community and supports the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters, the United Way, the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, and Norfolk Collegiate School. As the founder and former president of Waypoint Advisory, a thriving wealth management firm, a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and a dedicated CBA board member for over 18 years, CBA is proud of our long association with Beth. Beth joined the board of trustees in 2004 and served on the Strategic Planning and Investment Committees, playing an instrumental role in creating a solid financial strategy for the school. Beth is a founding director of Monarch Bank, a trustee of the Old Dominion University Educational Foundation, and previously served on the Chesapeake School Board. In addition to her service and commitment to the CBA community, Beth has been an active volunteer and board member at numerous non-profit agencies and was selected as a "Woman of Distinction" in 2017 by the YWCA of Hampton Roads. Howard Goodwin and his wife Martha have been members of the CBA community since 2014 as parents of current upper school student, Thomas. Howard joined the board of trustees in 2021 and currently serves on the Education & Research Committee. As the co-founder and owner of Goodwin & Snyder Anesthesia Associates, PLLC, Howard is an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital, health care industry, and academics. He is skilled in General Anesthesia, Peri-operative Patient Care, Healthcare Education, and Simulation. In addition, he serves as the Director of Technology and Simulation at Old Dominion University's School of Nursing. John Paris

John Paris joined the board of trustees in 2021 and currently serves on the Education & Research Committee. For more than 30 years, John has acted as a trusted partner and quarterback for his clients, both public and private, in various stages of growth. He has extensive experience representing strategic investors, venture capital and private equity firms in transactions and investments. John counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions; strategic joint ventures, licensing and corporate finance; securities offerings; SEC compliance; and general corporate matters. He is the chair of Williams Mullen's Private Equity Practice, vice chair of the Corporate Section and chair of the Emerging Technology Practice. Mrs. Bowers joined the board of trustees in 2012 and is the mother of CBA alumnus Andrew Bowers, who is currently enrolled at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Linda currently serves on the Executive Committee and as Chair of the Finance Committe. Linda was also a cabinet member of the Transformation Capital Campaign. Mrs. Bowers is a certified public accountant with 35 years of experience in both public and private accounting. Linda most recently served as the Vice President of Finance and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Dominion Enterprises located in Norfolk, VA, and was responsible for monthly management reporting and analysis, coordinating strategic planning, and developing annual capital and operating budgets. Linda also serves on the board of directors of Horizons Hampton Roads.

Linda Miller-Dunleavy

Linda Miller-Dunleavy is a newly retired Master Lecturer from the Communication Disorders & Special Education Dept. in the College of Education & Professional Studies at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. Linda began her journey in the special education field in 1978, when the laws were just beginning to embrace students with disabilities in the educational systems. Her teaching experiences were diverse, to include students with Intellectual Disabilities; Mild & Moderate to Severe and Profound (Multiple disabilities), students with Emotional and Behavioral disorders, and students with Severe Mental Illness. Linda's background has spanned forty-two years as a special education professional in teaching K-8 & higher education, private business owner for individuals with disabilities requiring adaptive movement programs and opportunities to be included in dance and karate. She was also a Certified Supreme Court mediator and is a bilingual translator for parent meetings, to include IEPs. Linda's expertise areas are in advocacy & special education law, content area expertise in High Leverage Practices for reading and math, and lastly development and implementation of IEPs. She spent 22 years at ODU facilitating special education teacher training. She also was a mentor for future special education leaders in pre-service and in-service High Leverage Practices. Linda has served on several Boards in advisory roles. She was reappointed for ten years to the ODU Board of Visitors as a Faculty Representative to the Student Engagement and Enhancement Committee. She is also an advisor for Hearts & Homes for the last 10 years. Hearts & Homes is a charitable organization dedicated to addressing the severe housing shortage for adults with developmental disabilities in Virginia Beach. Originally founded under the name BizNet, Inc., it is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors. Since 2016, Linda has served on the Chesapeake Bay Academy Board of Trustees.

Marcos Freeman

Marcos Freeman was born in 1971 in Cadiz, Spain. His father was in the United States Navy and in 1976 he moved to the United States. For 9 years, their family relocated every 3 years. He's been in Hampton Roads Virginia since 1985. When Marcos was 18, he moved away from home and worked in the home improvement retail industry for 7 years. While working in contractor sales at Home Quarters Warehouse, he realized he wanted to pursue a career in structural engineering. In 1996, Marcos enrolled at Tidewater Community College and began taking courses toward a degree in Civil Engineering. He transferred to Virginia Polytechnic and State University in August of 1998 and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in June of 2001. In May of 2002, he received his Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. Marcos has been working as a structural engineer since 2002. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and is currently a partner and Vice President for McPherson Design Group, a structural engineering consulting firm in Norfolk, Virginia. Marcos currently lives in Suffolk and enjoys surfing, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his family. He has a strong interest in self-awareness and has been studying eastern philosophy for the last few years.

Mark Adams and his wife, Jennifer, CBA's long-standing PA President, have been members of the CBA community for over seven years as parents of current upper school student, Benny. Mr. Adams graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in Business Administration and is currently an Enterprise Vice President at Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. in Chesapeake, VA. He is a member of the Dollar Tree Executive Management Team that determines the strategic direction of the company and is responsible for all Inventory Management functions within Dollar Tree and Family Dollar stores. Mr. Adams currently serves on the Finance Committee and looks forward to making many positive contributions to the short- and long-term strategic goals of Chesapeake Bay Academy.

Mary C. Haddad

As the parent of two former CBA students, each of whom are now college graduates, Mary C. Haddad has served on the CBA board twice. First, from 2006 until 2011 and again from 2016 until the present. Mary is President and Co-founder of the Louis and Mary Haddad Foundation which assists at-risk children and adults through education to help them live productive lives. Mary is also President of The Suffolk Foundation, a community foundation that serves Western Tidewater. The Obici Healthcare Foundation recently appointed her Secretary of that board. Previously, Mrs. Haddad chaired the Suffolk Foundation's Women's Impact Fund, The Strategic Planning Committee for Oakland Christian United Church of Christ, and was Vice-president (President Elect) of The Suffolk Foundation. She has chaired the Exploratory Building Committee for Oakland Christian Church, was a Mentor for an Old Dominion University Student as a Member of Old Dominion University's Women's Initiative Network and was Secretary of the Board of WHRO radio and television stations. Mary has held the offices of Secretary of the board, Chair of Academic Affairs and Chair of Outstanding Faculty Awards of the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV). Mrs. Haddad has served as Vice-rector and Chair of Academic Affairs at Old Dominion University's Board of Visitors, Secretary of The Family & Children's Trust Fund, and on the Governor's Task Force on Cervical Cancer. She has been the General Coordinator of an award-winning community-built playground (Fun Forest in Chesapeake, VA), chaired the American Heart Association in Virginia Beach, and co-chaired both the Heart Ball and the Children's Hospital Ball. She has been a Senior Marketing Representative and vice president at a large development firm. Mrs. Haddad graduated from Hampton University, summa cum laude, in 2009. Mary graduated from Gonzaga University earning a Master's Degree (M.A.) in Organizational Leadership with a certification in Servant Leadership in 2014 with a 4.0 GPA. Mary Coe Reynolds

In July of 1994, when Mrs. Dukas became Head of Chesapeake Bay Academy, the school served 36 students with learning differences, ages 5-12. The program consisted of five classrooms, 15 employees and 11 computers. Today, CBA is a K-12 school with over 40 employees serving 100 students in a state-of-the-art building, offering students 1-1 personal technology plus 5 computer labs. MaryAnne's perseverance and tenacity moved CBA forward exponentially, for which we extend our deepest gratitude. MaryAnne is also the founding board chair of Lady's Grace, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of spouses, children and pets of military families and owner of Bishopsgate Design & Decor, Virginia's premier purveyor of furniture, gifts, and home accents.

Paige Perry

Paige Perry has been a member of the CBA community for almost 19 years, as her first role within the organization was that of an educator. Paige worked in several different areas of the school over a period of 13 years including the physical education, technology and alumni departments. Also a talented freelance photographer, Paige has volunteered her professional eye to several local organizations including the Virginia Arts Festival, Norfolk Fest Events, the Hurrah Players, the Downtown Norfolk Council and Operation Smile. CBA values the insight and leadership Paige offers and appreciates her continued commitment to our students.

Patrick D. Thrasher

Dr. Thrasher is an alumni parent and founding trustee who served as chair for six years and vice chair for five years. Currently Dr. Thrasher is chair of the building and grounds committee and the committee on trustees and serves on the executive and advancement committees. He also served as a campaign steering committee and cabinet member of the Transformation Capital Campaign. As a practicing adult psychiatrist in the Hampton Roads area for the last 36 years, Dr. Thrasher has served on the medical staffs of over ten area hospitals and residential treatment facilities; serving as President of the Medical Staffs of Norfolk and Virginia Beach Psychiatric Centers and Tidewater Psychiatric Institute, and as Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital where he was, for many years, the Medical Director of the Neuropsychiatric Unit. He has also served as Medical Director of the Chesapeake and Portsmouth Community Services Boards. In addition to serving on and chairing many hospital quality improvement committees, he has participated on local and statewide committees for Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Sentara Health System. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, sporting clays and woodworking.

Peter M. Dozier

Dr. Dozier joined the board of trustees in 2014 and currently serves on the DEC committee. Dr. Dozier is a physician at Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters and is the director of the Child and Family Guidance and Consultation Division and a full-time faculty member at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Dozier is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and neurology in general psychiatry and in child & adolescent psychiatry. In addition to teaching pediatric residents, his clinical specialties include pediatric mood disorders, pediatric psychopharmacology, parent guidance and integrating child psychiatry in pediatric practice.

Sarah L. Chagnon

Dr. Sarah Chagnon joined the board of trustees in 2021 and currently serves on the Education & Research Committee. Dr. Chagnon comes from upstate New York, where she developed her passion for children with disabilities at an early age. From volunteer work to employment as a residential aide at a school for children with multiple disabilities, she was inspired to pursue her medical degree to address the health needs of special populations. Dr. Chagnon graduated from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and furthered her training at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, where she completed her residency and fellowship in child neurology and neurodevelopmental disabilities. While at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, Dr. Chagnon participated in the Program for Neurodegenerative and Rare Disorders, as well as the Leadership and Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities program. Dr. Chagnon moved to the Tidewater area to join the Children's Specialty Group and Children's Hospital of Kings Daughters professional staff in 2015. Since that time she has worked to expand access to neurodevelopmental care for the children of Hampton Roads. She is medical director of the Autism Diagnostic Clinic and the Neurology Director for the Neonatal Brain Institute at CHKD, and cares for patients with a wide range of childhood neurological and neurodevelopmental disorders. She is also involved in academic research pursuits and teaches medical students and residents as an Associate Professor at EVMS, but her primary passion is the daily care she provides to her patients and their families both in the outpatient and acute care settings. On a personal note, Dr. Chagnon and her husband (a local teacher) have two daughters and a rowdy Labrador retriever. After too many years in the cold northeast, they are enjoying exploring all that the Hampton Roads region has to offer.​

Stanley F. Baldwin

Stan Baldwin joined the board in 2006 and served as Board Chair from 2013-2019. In addition to helping raise $1M a year for 5 consecutive years, Mr. Baldwin's efforts were central to the school's ability to pass legislation to aid fundraising efforts. Both Stan and his wife Dolly have spread the great word of CBA and their visibility across the community has raised CBA's stature and prestige. In addition to serving as Chair, Mr. Baldwin was also co-chair and cabinet member of the Transformation Capital Campaign. Mr. Baldwin has over 35 years experience providing legal services to corporations in the areas of business law, securities regulation, insurance, managed care and corporate finance. In 2011, he retired as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Amerigroup Corporation and now currently serves as a board member and investor in several start up health care companies. While no longer Board Chair, Stan will remain active in the CBA community. CBA extends our deep appreciation to Stan for his past service as well as his continued commitment to our school.

Thomas L. Hasty III

Mr. Hasty began his service on the board of trustees in 1998 and served as treasurer from 2001-2006 during which time he also served as chair of the finance committee. Currently Mr. Hasty serves on the Executive and Finance and Investment committees. Mr. Hasty was part of the founding management team at TowneBank in 1999. The bank has now grown to be the largest bank headquartered in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, with 37 banking offices in Virginia and the nearby outer banks of North Carolina. The bank now has assets greater than $6 billion dollars. The bank offers a full range of financial services through controlled divisions and subsidiaries that include Investments, Insurance Brokerage, Benefits brokerage, Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Residential real Estate Brokerage and mortgage services. Mr. Hasty current role is Senior Executive Vice President and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee. Mr. Hasty is responsible for implementation of regulatory risk management objectives for TowneBank and its affiliates, insurance review and purchase, as well as a number of board and various management committees. Prior to TowneBank, Mr. Hasty served as Senior VP and Senior Credit Officer at BB&T of Virginia and immediately prior to leaving as Senior Vice President and Corporate Banker (1995-1998). Mr. Hasty also served as Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Officer at Commerce Bank in Virginia (1987 to 1995) and prior to that served in various capacities with the FDIC culminating as a Review Examiner/Failing Bank Specialist in Dallas, Texas (1976 to 1987). Mr. Hasty joined the FDIC after being a student intern there while attending Hampton Institute (now University in Hampton, VA). Mr. Hasty also attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware.

Ms. Black joined the board in 2018 and is secretary on the executive committee currently. Vicki has also served on the Executive and Education & Research committees. Ms. Black is the founder of Aviso Consulting & Psychotherapy Solutions, LLC, a professional practice providing excellence in caring for clients with a broad spectrum of life's challenges and opportunities. Vickie Hawkins-Black is a LCSW specializing in individual, couples and family therapy, and maintains a private practice in Norfolk, VA. With over 20 years experience as a child and family therapist, is a graduate of Norfolk State University specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are Play Therapy and Structural Family Therapy. In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, Mrs. Black has presented to general audiences speaking on the topics of DSM-5, Reactive Attachment, Trauma-Informed Care, etc. Mrs. Black is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. Her professional experience also includes administration, clinical consultation, program development, strategic planning, training and community education.

William B. Brock

Mr. Brock, a lifelong Norfolk resident, is an alumni parent who joined the board of trustees in 1996. He was the board's vice chair from 2002-2003 and currently serves on the strategic planning committee and the committee on trustees. Mr. Brock also founded the CBA Spirit Wear initiative and is an honorary cabinet member for the Transformation Capital Campaign. He earned a law degree from the University of Virginia and is a retired investor from Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate. Other affiliations include Norfolk Young Life and Good Shepherd Episcopal Church and is a current trustee at Norfolk Collegiate.

William P. Brittain

Dr. Brittain is an alumni parent whose son, Aaron, graduated from CBA in 2004. Dr. Brittain joined the board of trustees in 2004 and recently served as secretary on the executive committee and is chair of the strategic planning and DEC committees. He also serves on the education committee and the committee on trustees. Dr. Brittain has more than 35 years of experience as a consultant in the public and private sectors. In 1983 he founded Brittain Klein, Inc. to provide personalized high level performance consulting services to CEOs and boards nation-wide. Dr. Brittain began his professional career as a college professor holding appointments as Department Chair, Associate Academic Dean and Graduate Program Director at several colleges and universities in the Northeast. He is a licensed psychologist in the state of New York and is currently active with the Boy Scouts of America, past president of the Oscar Smith High School PTSA, served on the Chesapeake School Superintendent's Advisory Board, and is a board member of Horizons Hampton Roads.

William W. King

The CBA Community extends our sincere gratitude to Will King for his 28 years of service on the Board of Trustees. Mr. King, who joined the board in 1992, has been a driving force in the school's numerous accomplishments over the past three decades. Mr. King served several years as co-chair of the advancement committee. He also served on the finance committee, campaign steering committee, and was a cabinet member of the Transformation Capital Campaign. In 2017, Mr. King was selected as "Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser" by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Hampton Roads Chapter for his tremendous work within the community. Will is a retired Captain in the United States Navy, and retired as Headmaster of Norfolk Collegiate School after 20 years in that position. He has a rich history of service across Hampton Roads and continues to serve the community raising funds for The MacArthur Memorial. He is founding chair and present board member of Horizons Hampton Roads, and serves on the board of the Future of Hampton Roads, Inc. He was on the Virginia State Council and currently is a field consultant for the Southern Association of College and School's council on school improvement. Mr. King has served as President of the Virginia Association of Independent Schools and The Norfolk Forum, and was Senior Warden of the St. Andrews Episcopal Church Vestry. Clearly, Will is a very busy man! While Mr. King tendered his resignation in April, the CBA Board quickly voted to make him an Emeritus member in appreciation of all that he's done for our CBA community.
