Colorado FutureTEK is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that provides enrichment training and resources to help African American and other underrepresented minority high school students obtain marketable skills and internships in the IT and Computer industries. We have established a set of successful, ongoing programs that are practical and positive ways to help these students become productive citizens who will help fill the widely recognized need for technically trained professionals over the next decade. In Fall 2023, Colorado Futuretek will once again offer Silver Saturdays Online, a series of self-paced sessions for senior citizens 50 and over who want to learn the basics or improve their skills using a Windows 10 laptop and applications (how to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, send email, surf the internet, etc.).
