Central Private has a rich history of over 50 years of academic excellence rooted in the Christian Faith. Our close community of families, educators, and staff are dedicated to quality education, in a safe and nurturing environment... A dream became a reality when Central Private opened its doors in September 1967. The vision to build a school for the children began over a cup of coffee between three gentlemen and resulted in the commitment of several local families to personally invest in the development of a new school campus. These families formed a non-profit corporation that was composed of seventeen board members. The board personally guaranteed to finance for the purchase of school property and the loans to construct the school buildings. When construction began, these committed families worked tirelessly to ensure that the school opened its doors for the upcoming school year.
