Construction CEO is a Management Consulting Group serving regional size contractors in the North East United States. Our goal is to establish a comprehensive information system that provides the Construction Owner/CEO with the necessary and timely data to effectively manage the company on a day to day basis. By analyzing the current state of key systems within the organization we determine deficient areas of operation. Based on our "CEO Navigation" framework we recommend additional management systems to be implemented in a priority fashion. Our objective is to build a fully functional and interfaced information network for the Construction Owner/CEO to practically manage all functions within the company... We are dedicated to the Mid Size contractor that needs to know where the company stands in all critical management areas and in helping those clients implement management systems to optimize performance.
