A native of Crescent City, California, Candace Forsht is an expert when it comes to information about the North Coast.
After completing college, Candace returned to Crescent City where she began working in real estate. Her entry into this career began as an escrow assistant with Crescent Land Title, and it was there she learned vital information about how the escrow process affects real estate transactions. Candace was raised in a family of loggers who transitioned into real estate when the logging industry began to suffer. She became a realtor which has allowed her to introduce people to the history and landscape of the most beautiful area in the world. Her lifelong interest in real estate, combined with her love of Del Norte County, makes her an asset to those buying or selling property.
Candace has one goal as an agent: to continue to educate herself on the changes in the real estate market in order to confidently assist buyers and sellers. She believes an excellent agent has the ability to listen, and works hard to understand each client. The combination of education, communication, and hard work is key.
Candace loves to give back to her community, she is currently an Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce, and was Ambassador of the year in 2017. In 2018 she was nominated as Rising Star from the Del Norte Association of Realtors, and recently won the Realtors Choice Award in 2019. She is also currently a director at the Del Norte Board of Realtors.

As a Realtor and a licensed general contractor, Chris Mastaloudis knows what it takes to build, purchase or sell real estate in our area. Chris grew up working in a family business that built custom homes and developed properties throughout Del Norte County. He studied engineering at Humboldt State University and earned a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder, with an emphasis on building energy design and project management. Patty was born and raised in Del Norte County, upon completing high school at Del Norte High she graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications from CSU, Chico in 1989. After graduating she moved to the Sacramento area then later relocating to the Bay Area where she worked in corporate sales positions for Fortune 500 companies. While always having a strong interest in the real estate industry and investments, it wasnt until Patty returned home to Del Norte County in 2016 to become a realtor. In her first full year in real estate sales, she earned the accolade Rookie of the Year an accomplishment voted on by her peers in the local market.
