The official language of the Congress is English (All presentation will be simultaneously translated into Russian)... The Organizing Committee will send a letter of invitation to participate in the Congress upon request. Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds or appropriate visas and does not imply any commitment on the part of the Organizer to provide financial spport. The letter will be forwarded to you with confirmation of your registration... Certificate of Attendance All participants will be awarded a certificate of attendance.
