Allison Frank

Dr. Frank provides compassionate and efficient patient care, ensuring that all patients have their hearing questions answered. She is motivated to help individuals learn and take ownership of their hearing health. A transplant from California, Allison enjoys backpacking and exploring the forests of the Pacific Northwest. An avid hiker and runner, she spends as much time outdoors as possible during the summer months with her husband and dogs. She also appreciates sitting by the fire reading a book when the weather turns colder.

Bruce C. Johnson

Dr. Johnson recognizes the importance of being a good listener in order to understand his patients' concerns. His focus is on forming relationships built on trust and respect as the basis for providing the best possible care. He feels that humor and a bright outlook can have a positive impact on people. As an active leader in the community, he draws from a variety of insights to help his patients understand their many diagnostic and treatment options.

Clark R. Thompson

Dr. Thompson's philosophy of care centers on developing relationships with patients based on trust and open communication. This partnership helps him create personalized treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs and goals, while providing conscientious and empathetic care.

Jillian Netland

Jillian's philosophy centers around taking time with her patients. Her goal is to address your questions and concerns to help you fully comprehend your diagnosis and treatment options going forward. Open communication is key to building trust and she truly values the patient-provider relationship. Jillian sees each patient as a whole and has a holistic approach to the diagnosis and treatment of ENT disorders.

John S. Donovan

Dr. Donovan's philosophy of care is a team-based approach. He provides a straightforward approach to help the patient understand their diagnosis and treatment options and feel comfortable with the treatment plan. He believes cooperation and communication help build long-term relationships that support the foundation of health and well-being.

Kristen Furseth

Dr. Furseth takes a patient-centered approach by actively listening to each individual's needs and concerns. She then works to help improve their communication options to enhance their overall life satisfaction. Dr. Furseth was previously a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Kristen is an avid reader who likes to watch movies with her pets. She enjoys kayaking, snowboarding and practicing yoga.

Lindsay Humphrey

Dr. Humphrey provides compassionate and comprehensive patient-centered care. Originally from New Hartford, Connecticut, Dr. Humphrey moved to Oregon following the completion of her undergraduate degree. While pursuing studies in Speech and Hearing Disorders at Portland State University, Dr. Humphrey discovered her passion for audiology. She is motivated by working with each patient to identify their specific communication goals. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their dog Pasha. She is an avid thrifter and loves searching for unique pieces for her home.
