Andreas Garke is the CEO of Fast Finance 24 Holding AG, which includes the responsibility of managing companies everyday operations. His expertise include but are not limited to Sales and marketing, Strategy Consulting, New Market Entry and Business Development.
Subsequently to completing the study of law at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel and the Humboldt University of Berlin, Andreas founded his first company in Potsdam Babelsberg in 1996 specialized in consulting international film production companies, with a focus in workflow optimization and cost reduction.
As of 2003, Andreas Garke worked as a Senior Manager for several multinational companies focusing on business development, supply-chain optimization and international sales and export.
Armin Dartsch studied law at the Christian- Albrechts-University of Kiel and the Humboldt University of Berlin. After his second State examination, he was admitted to the bar in 2006 and worked as a staff attorney in a boutique law firm specializing in copyright and art law.
As of 2007, Armin worked as an independent lawyer leading his own practice, particularly in the areas of national and international tax and company law, as well as intellectual property law. He was able to advise companies (especially in the furniture industry) and individuals in Germany, the EU, the US and Hong Kong. Besides his work as a lawyer, Armin Dartsch, has also been managing director of several companies in Germany and the UK since 2009.
As CEO, Ole launched a German retail chain company, which by 2003 had more than 300 million in revenues and 600 employees.
Ole has over 25 years of experience in management and operation of high-level retail network with controlled distribution chains. He worked as business advisor for the last 20 years and with his strong retail experience he actively helped in growing businesses all around the world. He advises operating companies in product management and purchasing in Europe and Asia.
Besides that, he assisted with the monitoring and implementation of several mid-cap IPOs., while managing an internal IT team.
Mr. Pedersen holds a Master Degree of Finance from the Business School of Aarhus, Denmark from 2002.
He was hired as the Director of a retail company immediately after graduation, and within 2 years he took ownership of the company via a Management Buy-Out.
Mr. Pedersen established an investment company specifically for the Solar Energy sector in 2009, and in 2011, the company managed Solar Plant investments for more than USD 150 million. In 2011 Mr. Pedersen sold this venture and has since moved his interests into structured corporate bonds.
Through his well-established network he has continued his funding work and also assists in the management of companies including several publicly listed companies.
