Aaron joined Hall Equities Group in 2020. Aaron has over 10 years of experience working in IT and has spent most of that time working in start-up environments where resources are thin, and pressure is high. As an IT Manager, Aaron is responsible for managing the day-to-day IT support of Hall Equities Group and its affiliates. Aaron has also assumed an IT Manager role for COPA Soccer Training Center where he helps strategize and support the use of specialized software systems and technology used for customer relations, training, and assessments.

Adrian Sol Cruz

As of October 2022, Adrian has transitioned to ZMC Hotel's Accounting team as an AP Specialist. Aside from his main role, Adrian also assists with Modology's general accounting projects. Brandon Farrell - COO, EVP

Brandon has over twenty-nine years of experience in the commercial real estate industry focusing on commercial development, leasing, and retail site selection. Since joining Hall Equities Group in 2004, Brandon's primary responsibility has been identifying and executing new business opportunities, including prospective development and leasing opportunities, repositioning of existing assets, and marketing strategy for the commercial portfolio. He has also been responsible for the overall supervision and management of the leasing responsibilities for the company's commercial real estate portfolio, which consists of retail, office, and industrial properties. In 2015, Brandon shifted from his role in traditional commercial leasing and development to focus on a new sports related development project, Shadelands SportsMall, and a new soccer training concept, COPA Soccer Training Center. In the following years both concepts have grown into affiliated, but separate, business ventures leading to the formation of new companies COPA Innovation Laboratories and Global SportsMall Realty. At COPA Innovation Laboratories, Brandon has participated in the birth of an emerging diversified sports and technology business with multiple business lines which synergistically reinforce each other. The different business lines include COPA Business Systems, COPA Tech, COPA Productions and COPA Soccer Training Center. In addition to roles in the formation of the COPA businesses, Brandon has been responsible for negotiating and securing partnership, distribution, and collaboration agreements with sports technology companies in Germany, Austria and England. Katie Finn

Katie joined HEG in October of 2019, with over 20 years of well-rounded accounting experience. Prior to joining HEG, Katie was the Accounting Manager at a CPA firm, providing accounting & assurance services to various clients, with a focus on hotel clients. Katie has a strong background in the hotel industry, she worked at Larkspur Hotels & Restaurants for 12 years, where she grew within the accounting team, eventually assuming the Controller role. In her current role with HEG, Katie oversees the overall accounting reporting and operations for the ZMC Hotel portfolio, consisting of approximately 45 hotels and various corporate entities. She works closely with her team of 10 to produce the monthly financials, in accordance with GAAP. She also collects rents, pays invoices, manages cash flow, and prepares year-end reconciliations for each property.

Liz Grasty

Mark started his professional real estate career in 1982 when he joined the Western U.S. Division of New York-based Tishman Management and Leasing Corporation, which at the time, was California's largest owner/operator of urban core high-rise office buildings. Mark left Tishman in 1987 and began assembling investor groups to acquire distressed commercial property during the market downturn of the late eighties and early nineties. In 1992, he acquired a 50% interest in his father's property management business. By the year 1999, when Mark completed his acquisition of 100% of the newly re-named Hall Equities Group, Mark had transformed the organization into a diversified full-service income property investor, developer, and property manager. Mark Hall joins his father at Merle D. Hall Company after a five year period with Los Angeles based Tishman West, the Western US division of New York based Tishman Management Corporation. From 1986 to 1992, Mark is instrumental in obtaining numerous asset management contracts on behalf of private investors and completing many acquisitions of shopping centers, office buildings, industrial complexes, and apartment buildings. Mark Hall leads a partnership that purchases 30 acres (including 150,000 square feet of office and laboratory buildings) in Shadelands Business Park in Walnut Creek, CA. The partnership conducts a major remodel of the asset and converts it to a state-of-the-art life sciences laboratory complex under a design-build contract with the University of California and the US Department of Energy. This investment results in the development of the company's first self-storage facility, medical building and surgery center, and life sciences buildings. Mark Hall acquires 50% of the stock of Merle D. Hall Company and assumes executive leadership of the organization. Mark negotiates a transformational investment for two of the company's largest clients, exchanging 14 small rental homes and used car lots for a 30,000 square foot Safeway store and a 65,000 square foot office building on a long-term lease with Kaiser Permanente in downtown Walnut Creek, CA.

At ZMC, Renee is responsible for bill payment for 13 properties -nine branded hotels and four independent hotels across six states. Despite the change in industry from salons to hospitality, she finds herself on familiar ground with bills and franchise fees to be paid and managers calling her up to ask questions. Renee is an enthusiastic, self-starter who loves to train and mentor people. She said she has already trained two people in her short time at ZMC. When she's not working, Renee enjoys shopping, cooking, craft fairs, and spending time with her two young adult children, a son and daughter, of whom she is very proud. She plays 1-on-1 basketball and soccer with her son and enjoys cooking with her daughter. Renee is a big fan of the Food Network, and especially likes watching Chopped and Beat Bobby Flay.

Since joining the company in 2002 as a Retail Portfolio Manager, Teri has advanced in seniority by honing her expertise while managing the company's diverse and growing portfolios of retail, multi-family, hospitality, office, and industrial properties. She currently serves as Director of Property Operations. In her role as Chief of Staff, Teri assists the CEO with all platform functions of the various Hall Equities Group subsidiaries, as needed. In this role, Teri also works closely with other senior leaders in the organization. As Director of Property Operations, Teri is responsible for ensuring the long-term success and value of client properties and investments within the management portfolio, which encompasses diverse assets is multiple states and staffs in seven states and a staff of more than fifty employees.

Tiffani Neighbors

She has been responsible for overseeing and training the General Ledger Staff to review daily revenue,record bank activity, reconcile bank statements, prepare financial statements and monthly Sales and Occupancy Tax Returns. She also assisted with an accounting software conversion from Profitvue to M3 in 2018. He also handles the company's internal compliance procedures for production of all investment underwriting and new development project feasibility analysis. Victoria Granado

Victoria Granado joined ZMC hotels in September 2020 as the Hotel Accountant, overseeing 11 properties. She brings 24 years of accounting experience to our team. In her Hotel Accountant role, Victoria oversees the full cycle accounting, such as monitoring expenses, keeping track of the daily reports and transaction that occur at the hotel level to ensure that all incoming, and outgoing money is recorded and handled accurately. Her role also includes reconciling bank statements, production of a monthly financial statement, as well as maintaining the balance sheet, reconcile journal entries and preparation of sales and occupancy tax returns.

Wendy Luis

Wendy came to Hall Equities Group back in 2008 after nine years as an escrow officer with North American Title. When the real estate market took a turn, she found a home here at Hall Equities Group as an Assistant Property Manager. After a few years of assisting, she was promoted to Property Manager for Retail Properties. Over the last thirteen years, she has managed office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties for our third-party clients. In addition, she has been a notary since 2000 and has assisted with notarizing various contracts for our owners. In 2021, she decided to leave Hall Equities Group to pursue another opportunity, but in February 2022, found herself back at Hall Equities Group with a new role as Retail and Industrial Property Manager. Wendy has two children, a daughter (26) and a son (22), and just recently became a new grandmother. She enjoys spending time with her family and scrapbooking all the memories.
