Aaron joined Hall Equities Group in 2020. Aaron has over 10 years of experience working in IT and has spent most of that time working in start-up environments where resources are thin, and pressure is high. His regular workload has involved him in many facets of IT which helps him to comprehend complex issues and communicate straightforward solutions.
As an IT Manager, Aaron is responsible for managing the day-to-day IT support of Hall Equities Group and its affiliates. Aaron has also assumed an IT Manager role for COPA Soccer Training Center where he helps strategize and support the use of specialized software systems and technology used for customer relations, training, and assessments.

Adrian joined the team in 2021, as Office Manager, and AP Specialist for HEG. Before joining the Hall Equities Group team, Adrian accumulated 7 years of experience in the accounting field, serving as an Accounts Payable Supervisor and Income Auditor for a Hotel Group with a flagship Resort in Napa Valley.
As of October 2022, Adrian has transitioned to ZMC Hotel's Accounting team as an AP Specialist. Aside from his main role, Adrian also assists with Modology's general accounting projects.
Outside the office, Adrian is passionate about cooking and riding on motorsports road courses.

Amanda joined Hall Equities Group in early 2021, bringing 13 years of experience in the Multi-Family industry, specializing in leasing and portfolio management. Amanda maintains knowledge of current market trends, housing laws and regulations related to the property management industry.
As Portfolio Manager, Amanda is responsible for management operations of Hall Equities Group's Multi-Family and Self-Storage portfolios nationwide. Her focus is asset cash flow and revenue management, property operations, personnel management, annual budgeting, monthly financial performance narratives and the development of policies and procedures to streamline workflows.
Angel joined Hall Equities Group in 2016 with over 15 years of accounting experience in the Property Management industry. Her first role at Hall Equities was in Hospitality as a General Ledger Accountant. After 2 years she transitioned into a Property Accountant role in Property Management.
As a Property Accountant, Angel is responsible for overall accounting functions for a portfolio of 45 mixed assets including retail, industrial, office and commercial properties. She performs month end close,does bank and GL account reconciliations, prepares and reviews monthly financial reports for accuracy and ensures record systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing.

Beverly Murphy joined Hall Equities Group in 2015 as the Payroll Manager. She has over 20 years of experience processing payroll for different industries while utilizing different payroll platforms.
Beverly currently processes payroll for 7 different entities located in 17 different states. These entities employee over 1400 people. She maintains the Human Resource and Timekeeping systems. She works closely with the Human Resource Departments in assisting with the management of the employees' benefits.

Brandon has over twenty-nine years of experience in the commercial real estate industry focusing on commercial development, leasing, and retail site selection. Since joining Hall Equities Group in 2004, Brandon's primary responsibility has been identifying and executing new business opportunities, including prospective development and leasing opportunities, repositioning of existing assets, and marketing strategy for the commercial portfolio. He has also been responsible for the overall supervision and management of the leasing responsibilities for the company's commercial real estate portfolio, which consists of retail, office, and industrial properties.
In 2015, Brandon shifted from his role in traditional commercial leasing and development to focus on a new sports related development project, Shadelands SportsMall, and a new soccer training concept, COPA Soccer Training Center. In the following years both concepts have grown into affiliated, but separate, business ventures leading to the formation of new companies COPA Innovation Laboratories and Global SportsMall Realty. At COPA Innovation Laboratories, Brandon has participated in the birth of an emerging diversified sports and technology business with multiple business lines which synergistically reinforce each other. The different business lines include COPA Business Systems, COPA Tech, COPA Productions and COPA Soccer Training Center. In addition to roles in the formation of the COPA businesses, Brandon has been responsible for negotiating and securing partnership, distribution, and collaboration agreements with sports technology companies in Germany, Austria and England.
Brandon assumed the role of Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer in 2021 and is responsible for corporate performance and overall supervision and management of real estate activities and related personnel for the company, including investments, dispositions, leasing, development projects, construction, design, and property management.

Chloe joined Hall Equities Group in June of 2022. As a Hotel Accountant, she is responsible for preparing the monthly financial statements for multiple hotels, which include tracking daily revenues, recording journal entries, reconciling bank statements, and preparing sales and occupancy tax returns.
In her Accounting Administrator role, Chloe assists with various corporate accounting duties, including payroll transfers, Paymerang (epay) review, loan draw requests, banking reports, franchise fees, and fixed asset reporting.

Dianne joined Hall Equities Group in February 2021 as Assistant Portfolio Manager and quickly grew into the Portfolio Manager role. She brings with her over twenty years of various levels of property management experience, predominantly in the commercial industry.
Dianne's current portfolio includes over twenty properties in the Bay Area. She handles building and common area maintenance, rent collections, invoicing, budgeting and year-end reconciliations for all properties while maintaining positive tenant and owner relations.

Katie joined HEG in October of 2019, with over 20 years of well-rounded accounting experience. Prior to joining HEG, Katie was the Accounting Manager at a CPA firm, providing accounting & assurance services to various clients, with a focus on hotel clients. Katie has a strong background in the hotel industry, she worked at Larkspur Hotels & Restaurants for 12 years, where she grew within the accounting team, eventually assuming the Controller role.
In her current role with HEG, Katie oversees the overall accounting reporting and operations for the ZMC Hotel portfolio, consisting of approximately 45 hotels and various corporate entities. She works closely with her team of 10 to produce the monthly financials, in accordance with GAAP. She is actively involved in cash management, quarterly consolidations, tax reporting, and hotel acquisitions. She oversees all payables and works closely with the ZMC operational teams, to improve P&L results.

Lisa joined Hall Equities Group in 2007 after a twenty-six-year career with a national retail chain. Since joining, Lisa has held positions in portfolio management and human resources. Today, she is a Portfolio Manager for industrial properties.
Lisa oversees eight industrial properties, managing property budgets, common area maintenance, and tenant and owner relations. She also collects rents, pays invoices, manages cash flow, and prepares year-end reconciliations for each property.

Liz joined Hall Equities Group in 2013 with over fifteen years' experience working in accounting with property management companies. She currently serves as the Controller for all trust accounting functions in the company for the commercial property portfolio of stabilized assets.
Liz oversees financial reporting and accounting operations for assets within the company's property management portfolio and manages a staff of general ledger accountants and payables clerks. She is also responsible for maintaining the client center portal, which allows investors on-line access to property information and financial data for their respective holdings.

Marian joined Hall Equities Group in 2023 with 9 years of construction project accounting experience. Prior to joining HEG, Marian was the Project Accountant for a General Contractor/Developer where she managed accounting on multiple custom home builds.
As a Construction Project Accountant with HEG, Marian is responsible for the overall accounting and reporting for a portfolio of properties including month-end close, bank reconciliations, and GL account reconciliations and oversees bank draw requests and provides construction accounting for hotel upgrade projects, new hotel construction and development properties.

Mark started his professional real estate career in 1982 when he joined the Western U.S. Division of New York-based Tishman Management and Leasing Corporation, which at the time, was California's largest owner/operator of urban core high-rise office buildings.
Mark left Tishman in 1987 and began assembling investor groups to acquire distressed commercial property during the market downturn of the late eighties and early nineties. In 1992, he acquired a 50% interest in his father's property management business. By the year 1999, when Mark completed his acquisition of 100% of the newly re-named Hall Equities Group, Mark had transformed the organization into a diversified full-service income property investor, developer, and property manager.
Mark Hall joins his father at Merle D. Hall Company after a five year period with Los Angeles based Tishman West, the Western US division of New York based Tishman Management Corporation. From 1986 to 1992, Mark is instrumental in obtaining numerous asset management contracts on behalf of private investors and completing many acquisitions of shopping centers, office buildings, industrial complexes, and apartment buildings.
Mark Hall leads a partnership that purchases 30 acres (including 150,000 square feet of office and laboratory buildings) in Shadelands Business Park in Walnut Creek, CA. The partnership conducts a major remodel of the asset and converts it to a state-of-the-art life sciences laboratory complex under a design-build contract with the University of California and the US Department of Energy. This investment results in the development of the company's first self-storage facility, medical building and surgery center, and life sciences buildings.
Mark Hall acquires 50% of the stock of Merle D. Hall Company and assumes executive leadership of the organization. Mark negotiates a transformational investment for two of the company's largest clients, exchanging 14 small rental homes and used car lots for a 30,000 square foot Safeway store and a 65,000 square foot office building on a long-term lease with Kaiser Permanente in downtown Walnut Creek, CA.

Mike leads the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function across Hall Equities Group and all affiliates. Commonly referred to as the "headlights" of the organization because it provides important information on the road ahead, the FP&A process is an invaluable tool for company leaders, offering insightful financial forecasts and analyses that help drive business decisions and lead to favorable outcomes.

Nicole's current portfolio includes multiple industrial, commercial,and office/mixed use properties. Her responsibilities include overseeing the daily, weekly, and monthly accounting processes for her properties, as well as assist various Project and Portfolio Managers. She also enjoys training, empowering, supervising,and mentoring employees in all accounting processes and procedures.

Renee Hayes joined ZMC Hotels in February as an Accounts Payable Specialist, with 20 years' experience in the Accounting field. Prior to joining ZMC, Renee spent 17 years as an Accounts Payable Specialist for Supercuts where she was responsible for paying the bills for 56 salon locations!
At ZMC, Renee is responsible for bill payment for 13 properties -nine branded hotels and four independent hotels across six states. Despite the change in industry from salons to hospitality, she finds herself on familiar ground with bills and franchise fees to be paid and managers calling her up to ask questions. Renee is an enthusiastic, self-starter who loves to train and mentor people. She said she has already trained two people in her short time at ZMC.
When she's not working, Renee enjoys shopping, cooking, craft fairs, and spending time with her two young adult children, a son and daughter, of whom she is very proud. She plays 1-on-1 basketball and soccer with her son and enjoys cooking with her daughter. Renee is a big fan of the Food Network, and especially likes watching Chopped and Beat Bobby Flay.
With 5 years of experience in the financing and accounting industries, Ryan is responsible for financial analysis and accounting for different entities across the enterprise. His duties include forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning analysis, preparation of monthly financial statements, identifying actuals vs. budget, and partnering with various team members to make business decisions.

At Save Mart Supermarkets in the Accounts Payable Department, she processed invoices for payment in engineering, grocery, and warehouse. At ZMC, Samantha is responsible for the bill payment of 13 hotels.
Samantha's free time is dedicated to her family. Her daughter is a junior on the softball team at CSU Stanislaus, her son continues his baseball career with the Mexican American League, and her grandson is a growing jiu-jitsu enthusiast.

Tameka joined in February 2022. Tameka loves to cook and specializes in exotic dishes. During her downtime, she enjoys visiting different cities in the Bay Area, taking in all there is to offer.
Tamika joined Hall Equities Group in 2022 with over 7 years of property accounting experience as a Regional Accountant for a real estate investment trust. As a Property Accountant, her overall responsibilities for a mixed asset portfolio (residential retail, industrial, office properties) include accounting and recording general ledger transactions, processing accounts payable & receivables, and account reconciliation of bank and general ledgers. Additionally, completing month-end close along with ensuring that monthly financial packages are timely and accurate according to generally accepted auditing and company standards.

Teri is a long-time member of the Hall Equities Group Executive Team, with more than twenty years of experience in the fields of property management, business operations, and development. Since joining the company in 2002 as a Retail Portfolio Manager, Teri has advanced in seniority by honing her expertise while managing the company's diverse and growing portfolios of retail, multi-family, hospitality, office, and industrial properties. She currently serves as Director of Property Operations.
In her role as Chief of Staff, Teri assists the CEO with all platform functions of the various Hall Equities Group subsidiaries, as needed. In this role, Teri also works closely with other senior leaders in the organization. As Director of Property Operations, Teri is responsible for ensuring the long-term success and value of client properties and investments within the management portfolio, which encompasses diverse assets is multiple states and staffs in seven states and a staff of more than fifty employees.
Teri joined Hall Equities Group as Human Resource Manager in July 2020. She brings over 15 years of Human Resource management within the industry of modular construction and large scale staffing.
As Human Resource Manager, Teri supports numerous companies in staffing, hiring, and Human Resource management. Her duties in administrating new policy, deals with employee issues, and manages company benefits.

Tiffani Neighbors joined Hall Equities Group in 2015 as the Senior Hotel Accountant for the ZMC Hotels Portfolio. She joined the team with 14 years of hotel accounting experience, as the General Ledger Manager for Rim Hospitality.
The Portfolio has grown from 29 Properties to currently 35, plus two managed hotels. She has been responsible for overseeing and training the General Ledger Staff to review daily revenue,record bank activity, reconcile bank statements, prepare financial statements and monthly Sales and Occupancy Tax Returns. She also assisted with an accounting software conversion from Profitvue to M3 in 2018.
When she is not working, Tiffani likes to spend her free time outdoors either hiking, kayaking, or just hanging out at the beach.

Tony joined Hall Equities Group in 2014 as the Finance Manager, after spending eight years with a Northern California based bank, where he was a Credit Analyst and Relationship Manager for the Hall Equities Group account. He is currently the Vice President, Director of Capital Markets for the company.
Tony is responsible for managing the company's lending relationships with community and national banks and is the front-line party responsible for debt placements and escrow management. He also handles the company's internal compliance procedures for production of all investment underwriting and new development project feasibility analysis.

Victoria Granado joined ZMC hotels in September 2020 as the Hotel Accountant, overseeing 11 properties. She brings 24 years of accounting experience to our team.
In her Hotel Accountant role, Victoria oversees the full cycle accounting, such as monitoring expenses, keeping track of the daily reports and transaction that occur at the hotel level to ensure that all incoming, and outgoing money is recorded and handled accurately. Her role also includes reconciling bank statements, production of a monthly financial statement, as well as maintaining the balance sheet, reconcile journal entries and preparation of sales and occupancy tax returns.
Wendy came to Hall Equities Group back in 2008 after nine years as an escrow officer with North American Title. When the real estate market took a turn, she found a home here at Hall Equities Group as an Assistant Property Manager. After a few years of assisting, she was promoted to Property Manager for Retail Properties. Over the last thirteen years, she has managed office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties for our third-party clients. In addition, she has been a notary since 2000 and has assisted with notarizing various contracts for our owners. In 2021, she decided to leave Hall Equities Group to pursue another opportunity, but in February 2022, found herself back at Hall Equities Group with a new role as Retail and Industrial Property Manager.
Wendy has two children, a daughter (26) and a son (22), and just recently became a new grandmother. She enjoys spending time with her family and scrapbooking all the memories.
