Hartington is one of the most popular villages in the Peak District. Many excellent walks start from the village. It also has three teashops, two coaching inns, a couple of gift shops, an antique shop, two grocers and newsagents, and a post office. It also benefits from a petrol station/garage and a highly regarded doctors surgery... Hartington Cottages is part of Peak Cottage Collection.
