Addison earned her Bachelors degree from Kansas State University and her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. She has additional training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Parent and Child Interaction Therapy. She provides services to a broad range of ages - as young as 2 and up to 80+. She provides individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy. Her areas of focus include depression, anxiety, and trauma among others. She strives to provide a safe space for all individuals to process through different events, or emotions that they are experiencing.

Alyssa holds a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. She has worked with individuals, families, and couples. Some of her methods include play therapy and sandtray training, as well as couples communication. Alyssa also utilizes mindfulness and body awareness as needed in the therapy room. Alyssa has worked with anxiety, grief, depression, divorce, parenting issues, premarital issues, spiritual issues, and trauma. Among other things, she has worked with those living with anxiety, grief, depression, divorce, parenting issues, premarital issues, spiritual issues and trauma.

Alyssa is a graduate of Wichita State University School of Social Work Masters program. As a student, she focused primarily on the effects of trauma. Alyssa has prior experience as a crisis responder which allows her to adapt to a variety of situations. Alyssa has experience working with victims of sexual and domestic violence. She is happy to be a part of the Horizons family since 2014 and enjoys volunteering with local non-profits.
Amy earned a Masters degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and is licensed in the state of Kansas as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
Amy provides services in our Community Based Services program. She specializes in evaluations for the SED waiver and provides the clinical supervision for the CBS department.
Amy received her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, and then attended the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth Minnesota where she earned a Doctorate of Nursing Practice. she is an ANCC Board Certified - Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Amy has worked in acute mental health care in the hospital setting for over 20 years. She enjoys working with patients in crisis and helping them get better quickly so they are able to get back to their daily routine. She is licensed wo work with all ages from children to adults to geriatrics. Amy provides at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center where she is the psychiatric consultant for the hospital and psychiatric-mental health liaison for the Emergency Department. She also assists on the in-patient behavioral health unit as needed.
Angela received her Bachelor's degree in psychology from Wichita State University, and her Master of Social Work degree from Newman University and is a member of Phi Alpha Honor Society. Angela is certified in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and is level 1 Theraplay. She has special training in early childhood, extensive training in Trauma Informed Treatment, training in the Neurosequential Model and Neurosequential Model of Education. In addition, she has training in Play Therapy and Parent-Child Interaction models. She has over 20 years of experience in mental health (case manager, therapist, Director of children's services, clinical manager). She provides services to clients of all ages, and has an emphasis on children and families. Angela has been a part of initiatives for improving Systems of Care and building school based programs in the state of Kansas.

Ann Bush has been the President of City Beverage Co. for 30+ years here in Hutchinson. She has grown her business to be, not only a great local partner to businesses, but distributes to surrounding communities. In addition to the daily efforts of her own company, Ann has been heavily invested in being on boards and committees for other organizations in Reno County, lending her business expertise and guidance.
Ashley is the Manager of the Same Day Access services at Horizons Mental Health Center. Ashley graduated from Emporia State University in Emporia KS, with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Minor is Sociology. During her time at Emporia State University, she was a member of the Psi Chi International Honors Society in Psychology. During her clinical internship, she provided services to the Severe and Persistent Mentally Ill population.
After graduating, Ashley practiced therapy in southern Colorado through a community mental health center. At that time, she worked as a generalist, providing services to all age ranges and diagnoses. Ashley also provided support and services in crisis, intake, psycho-education group and triage. During this time, she received training in Solution Focused Therapy and trained with The Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Philadelphia, PA. Ashley then furthered her experience by completing a course with the University of Massachusetts in Integration after which, she helped start a successful integration program with the local hospital system.
Ashley is a Licensed Master's Level Psychologist in the state of Kansas. Ashley previously worked on the Horizons' Outpatient Therapy team, but now is working in the Same Day Access Department. Currently she provides intake and crisis services to Reno, Barber, Pratt, Kingman and Harper counties. Ashley also specializes in psychological testing, specifically ADHD, IQ, Mood and Anxiety testing.
Becca received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sterling College and then attended Newman University where she earned a Master of Social Work Degree. She is a member of both Phi Alpha Honor Society and Pi Gamma Mu International Honor Society. She is currently receiving training for play therapy and has several years experience working with children and families, providing family therapy.
Becca prefers using Attachment Theory and Family Systems Theory in her work, but also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Theory, solution-Focused, Mindfulness, and Strengths Based depending on the needs of the client.

She is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor. She spent the first 25 years of her career at Horizons as Department Head of Community Support Services, working with adults with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness, she now provides Behavioral Health Consultations at the Hutchinson Clinic. In addition, Beth also teaches Mental Health First Aid (Teen, Youth and Adult versions), ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) and QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer - suicide prevention).

Bill grew up in Brookeville, Kansas and has a bachelor's degree in Radiological Sciences from Washburn University. Before his current position Bill was VP of Clinical Services at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center and was the Director of Radiation Therapy at St. Johns Hospital in Salina, Kansas. Bill is married and has one daughter. Hobbies of his include horseback riding, farming, ranching, and golf.

Bob Fee, vice president of Fee Insurance Group and vice president of the board, is a native of Hutchinson. He joined the family business after graduating from University of Kansas and has been involved in many professional and local community organizations during his career. Among other things, Bob enjoys golfing and participating in triathlons. He and his wife Annie have 4 children.
Bobbie Cooprider is the Child Advocacy Center Outpatient Therapist. She is currently EMDR trained, a trained forensic interviewer and is a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and is working toward certification in Parent Child Interaction Therapy. Bobbie is a graduate of Newman University in Wichita, KS with a Master of Social Work degree. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Psychology from Ashford University in Clinton, Iowa. Bobbie is a Licensed Specialist clinical Social Worker in the state of Kansas as well as a member of the Phi Alpha Honor Society and the Pi Gamma Mu International Honor Society.

Calvin Wright is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for HRHS. Prior to joining HRHS in July of 2015 he was the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and CISO for Chicago's Mt. Sinai Health System. He earned his Master's degree in Information System Security from DePaul University and his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University; both in Chicago. Retired from the US Air Force, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, restoring his 1979 El Camino, flying drones, motor cycling and completing Smart Home Automation.
Cammie attended Kansas State University for her undergraduate degree and earned her Masters degree from Wichita State University. Cammie works in the Same Day Access Department providing intakes to our consumer. She has over 10 years of experience working with children and adults in the community mental health setting. Eva graduated with her Bachelor of Psychology degree from Kansas Wesleyan before completing her Masters in Social Work at Wichita State University. She is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kansas. Eva currently works as a therapist in the Same Day Access Department, completing the intake process with new clients, assessing clients for crisis treatment and hospitalization and holds a small caseload for individuals with Medicare. She has experience working in the child welfare system, and with the prison population, as well as crisis stabilization. She is client centered with her approach and uses Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral theories to emphasize client well-being. She enjoys working with all populations, especially older adults and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Jane Holzrichter has a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Kansas and is the Director of the Child Advocacy Center and Prevention Services at Horizons Mental Health Center. She is a Licensed therapist and specialized in trauma. Since 1992, Jane has coordinated the Personal Safety Awareness Program in over 85 school districts and implemented the program in six states. Annually, Jane presents to over 4,000 children and adults in 43 elementary schools in South Central Kansas. She has conducted over 1,800 forensic interviews and received her formal training from American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children and Finding Words of West Virginia and Child First. In 2003, she was instrumental in securing over 2.25 million dollars to implement Finding Words of Kansas. Currently, she is serving on the National Children's Alliance Center as a Site Reviewer accrediting CAC's in the country and the Behavioral Science Regulatory Board's Advisory Council. Jane brings a wealth of knowledge to both mental health and child maltreatment issues and is respected in her field through the education, judicial, legal, medical and mental health disciplines.

Jessica Flax is the Director for the Hutchinson Regional Medical Foundation (HRMF). Flax, a 2005 graduate of Buhler High School, attended Fort Hays State University on a scholarship to play volleyball, and graduated with a degree in Business Management. For the past 13 years, she has been employed with business development and marketing firms, as well as the financial industry. The idea for a foundation was incubated in the early 1970s when final plans were being drawn to establish what is now Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. Contributors stepped forward with donations of farmland, oil and gas leases, and cash contributions. As the nation's economy grew and the stock market rose, the investments increased.
Jessica attended undergraduate school at Wichita State University, where she received a Bachelors of Psychology. She then attended Walden University and earned a Masters Degree in Social Work. Jessica has special certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Strengths-based theory. She provides individual therapy, family therapy and group therapy. She works with a variety of ages from 6 years and older. Jessica especially likes working with children and families as she has an extensive background experience in child welfare. She is a solution focused, strengths based oriented therapist who enjoys the big rewards of helping others with personal growth. Her areas of focus include; children and families, individuals with depression, anxiety and some traumas.
Joelle received her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse degree from Frontier Nursing University, and is a Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner. Katy Price, PA-C, received her Bachelor's of General Studies degree in Applied Behavioral Science, with an emphasis in Community Health and Development from the University of Kansas in 2005. She then received her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Wichita State University in 2007. Katy originally stated at Horizons in 2001 as an Attendant Care Worker. Throughout the years she has also worked with psychosocial groups and case management. Katy was previously a Physician Assistant at Horizons from 2007-2010, returning to the same position in April 2018.

Kylee is an LCMFT and a graduate from Friends University in Wichita, KS, with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Previously she attended Wichita State University and received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology. During her schooling, Kylee was a member of the Society of Leadership and Success, the Alpha Kappa Delta Honor Society and the Pi Gamma Mu International Honor Society, while also serving as the Secretary for the Beta Chapter of Delta Kappa, the International Marriage and Family Therapy Honor Society, for achievement in scholarship and service.
Throughout her clinical internship, she provided individual therapy for school-aged children and adolescents, facilitated support groups at a domestic violence shelter for women, and also ran psycho-education groups for grieving children and families. Kylee has received incremental training in sand tray, play therapy, Theraplay, and is currently working on completing her Registered Play Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy certifications. Lacey attended Washburn University where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Lacey is the Director of our Community Based Services (providing services to children and youth. Leighann is an LMSW who wishes to support her community by listening and providing access to services for those in need. Leighann is originally from Florida and completed most of her schooling there. Leighann attended the University of South Florida with her Bachelor's in Social Work, She then went back to complete her Master's in Social Work from Saint Leo University. Leighann started with Horizons in 2015 as an Attendant Care Worker while finishing up her degree. She believes that this gave her a great sense of how the agency works and the value to clients in every service it provides.
Her passion as a clinician is to work with children and young adults who are experiencing difficulty with moods. She understands the importance of working with the client, their family and treatment team members to elicit a cohesive effort in improving mental health. Leighann enjoys using cognitive behavioral, narrative, solutions focused, strengths-based and person-centered therapy techniques to allow the client to feel empowered and in control of their treatment.

Lori received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Kansas Newman College, and is a Registered Nurse. Lori began her nursing career as a staff nurse at Hutchinson Hospital on the medical/surgical floor. Since then, she has worked as a nurse in Family Practice, Ob/Gyn, Urgent Care and at the Reno County Health Department as well as her work at Horizons. This variety of experience is valuable in helping clients in managing their mental health needs!
Lyndsay holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. Lyndsay's passion lies in helping clients make positive changes that will enhance their personal and professional relationships. As she strives to bring new understanding and insight to life's challenges, she is flexible and empathic to the specific needs of each client's journey toward healing. Lyndsay works to provide a safe environment for client change and growth through compassion acceptance and understanding. She has experience working with individuals, couples, and family systems through a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, grief, and marital conflict.

Matt attended Emporia State University where he earned a Master of Science degree in clinical Psychology, and is a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist. Matt has experience treating clients with anxiety, depression, disruptive behavior disorders, ADHD, trauma and adjustment disorders. He primarily works with children, adolescents and their families.

Melissa attended Wichita State University where she received a Masters degree in Social Work. She believes in holistic healing that takes into consideration the whole person - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. She also believes therapy is an opportunity for the client to explore their own thoughts and feelings in a safe environment. Melissa serves people with an emphasis in trauma in children, and will see people of all ages.

Melissa received her Bachelor's degree in Social Work form Wichita State University and went on to work as an adult case manager here at Horizons. She then completed her Master's degree at KU in 2016 and is now a Licensed Masters Social Worker as well as a Licensed Masters Addictions Counselor Melissa completed her master level practicum in both the jail and Same Day Access here at Horizons. She enjoys working in the correctional setting as well as substance use services.
Melissa is our Manager for our Crisis Stabilization Services, including Carrefour Crisis Center and Sunrise Crisis House.
Melody earned her Masters in Social Work degree from The University of Kansas, and is a Licenses Specialist Clinical Social Worker. She also has completed Level 1 Internal Family Systems Training.
Melody provides immediate crisis interventions, safety plans, and hospital screenings as well as resourcing with community partners in order to match clients with helpful services. She also provides Internal Family systems therapy.

Mike Juby, C.P.A., is board secretary/treasurer. A tax manager for an accounting firm until 2005 and CFO for Wells Enterprises until 2008, he currently is business manager for Dillon Investments. Mike believes that Hutchinson has a proud tradition of providing quality healthcare throughout the region and desires to help insure that the accomplishments of the past are continued and improved for the future. He moved to Hutchinson in 1985 with his wife, Kathy. They have 3 sons. Mike enjoys running, football and most notably, wrestling. He actually was a member of the official U.S. delegation to the 2007 World Wrestling Championships in Baku, Azerbaijan, where the United States won their first and (so far) only Greco-Roman World Championship.

Nicole received her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. Nicole has been with Horizons since September 2013 and has always loved the mission of walking along individuals at their greatest time of struggle.
Nicole started as an Outpatient Therapist in the Same Day Access department and since then has been the Director of Same Day Access and is currently the CCBHC Program Coordinator.

Renae attended Wichita State University and Newman University were she earned a Masters degree in Social Work. Sara is a graduate of Fort Hays State University in Hays, KS, with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. Sara is licensed with the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board with the state of Kansas as a Licensed Master Level Psychologist. Sara has been employed at Horizons Mental health Center since 2004 providing therapeutic services. She has experience working with children, adults and families.
Sarah attended Friends University, where she received a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She provides services to youth and adolescents from kindergarten aged through High School.

Sheri attended Emporia State University, where she earned a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology. She was a member of Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology and Pi Gamma Mu International Honor Society of Social Sciences. Prior to coming to Horizons, Sheri worked in Corrections, Foster Care and at Larned State Hospital. At Horizons, Sheri provides primarily crisis services to all ages.
Sheri provides services in-person in our Hutchinson location and services via televideo in our Harper, Kingman, Pratt and Barber locations.
Sierra graduated from Baker University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology. She then received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Harding University. She is a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). Sierra sees clients age 7 and older.
Sierra provides services in our Hutchinson location.
Stefanie attended Newman University where she earned a Masters degree in Social Work. She provides clinical direction and support for the Community Support Services Department, she also facilitates assessment and treatment plan reviews for people in Community Support Services. Stefanie holds special certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Susan received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Newman University, then went on to achieve her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Walden University. She is Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. She holds the PMHNP-BC and DATA-Waived Practitioner certifications.
Susan sees all clients across the lifespan, including ages 5+, adults, and geriatric. She provides services in both the inpatient psychiatric hospital setting and in the outpatient mental health clinic for disorders including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, psychosis and crisis management.
Tabitha attended Fort Hays State University where she received a Masters of Science in Counseling. Tabitha is part of our crisis team.
Tammy has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a certificate in addictions counseling from Fort Hays State University. She is currently working on her Masters degree in Social Work, also from Fort Hays State University. She is licensed by the State of Kansas as an Addictions Counselor. She has special certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and currently specializes in substance use addiction counseling.

Tina attended Wichita State University and Washburn University, and has a Masters of Science degree in Nursing. She provides medication management for people age 4 and older and serves any individuals with mental health concerns or diagnosis.

Tyler attended Barclay College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Tyler started his career at Horizons in the Same Day Access department as a case manager, and is now the Director of the Community Support Services (CSS) department. CSS provides outpatient rehabilitation services to the adult population. CSS has a diverse staff group that provides everything from Case Management services, to Peer Support services, to Employment support, to Housing Support.

Vikki Mader has over 15 years of experience in the health care industry and has spent the last 5 years in community mental health. Vikki served as the Program Director for the Certified Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) initiative and the Health Information Management Director at Horizons. As the program director she managed the SAMHSA CCBHC grant, overseeing clinical, operational, and financial implementation of the CCBHC model of care. She helped guide Horizons to successfully becoming certified by the State of Kansas as a CCBHC, one of the first mental health centers in the state. Prior to coming to Horizons, Vikki was the Health Information Management and Quality Director at Pratt Regional Medical Center. While at Pratt Regional Medical Center, she was responsible for overseeing health information, quality, medical staff services, risk management, infection control, utilization review, and the patient access departments. Vikki recognizes that one constant in the healthcare industry today is continual change. She strives to create positive change that is aware of, and sensitive to, the impact change has on consumers, staff and the organization.
Vikki has lived in Nickerson, Kansas for 20 years. She has been married for 33 years and has four children who graduated from Nickerson High School. Prior to moving to Nickerson, she lived in Ulysses, Kansas.
