Diana Strommen

Diana is the former Director of Research Operations for Attalla Consultants, currently closed due to COVID-19, and now supports the clinical division. She received her BA in Psychology with a focus in Psychopharmacology from St. Olaf College, and the Masters of Arts in Education from the University of Wisconsin. Her role beyond management and and development of our clinical research division has been the intake and assessment potential study participants or new clinical patients, and the training of our research staff. Her passion for medical science's potential to clarify and treat unwanted symptoms has led to more than a decade of research activities as well as the expansion of our site's facility and treatment modalities. Outside of IFBM, Diana enjoys her roles as wife, mother, grandmother, scuba instructor, and professional chorister.

Dr. Ashraf Attalla

  • Board Certified Psychiatrist
Dr. Ashraf Attalla is a Board Certified Psychiatrist trained in Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry. He completed his Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, and earned his M.D. at Alexandria University School of Medicine. He completed his General Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Missouri at Kansas City. Dr. Attalla serves as the Program Director of Youth Services at the Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health residential facility in Kennesaw, and a Medical Director for Pyramid Behavioral Health. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Emory and Moorehouse Universities. With interests in venues, outside of IFBM Attalla is accomplished clarinetist and pianist, and has been featured as soloist here and abroad.
