David Goodman is Dean of IE School of Architecture and Design, Director of the Bachelor in Architectural Studies and the Master in Architecture, and Professor of Architecture at IE University. A graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Design and of Cornell University, he also holds a PhD in Business Studies from IE University. His current research deals with innovations in architecture practice and production during times of socioeconomic turbulence.

I was born in Belgium and have lived in Spain for 18 years. I speak Spanish, English and French and I am an alumni of IE Business School's Executive MBA. I also have a Master's in Corporate Communication from the Pontifical University of Salamanca, as well as a degree in Communication Sciences from the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium.

I was born in Lima, Peru, where I took my degree in Economics at the Universidad del Pácifico, subsequently teaching there. In 1984 I earned my Master's degree in Economics from Stanford University, and in 1989 I began my doctoral studies at the University of Pennsylvania, where I was a research assistant to Lawrence Klein and Albert Ando. In 1994 I moved to Spain and joined IE, teaching and running the Economic Environment course.

Ikhlaq Sidhu is an academic, technology expert, entrepreneur, author, and advisor. His areas of research include technology management, communication networking, industrial engineering, data science, and technology commercialization, with a particular interest in innovation engineering. He is also the author of the book Innovation Engineering and the creator of the popular Data-X course at UC Berkeley.
Prior to joining IE University, Ikhlaq was the Founding Faculty Director and Chief Scientist of the Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology at the University of California (Berkeley), and also founded the Fung Institute for Engineering Leadership at the same institution. He holds both a Master's and a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northwestern University, and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Lee Newman is the 9th dean of IE Business School and professor of Behavioral Science and Leadership at IE University. He is an educational entrepreneur, a passionate teacher, and a thought leader who draws on his background and experience in business, human sciences, and technology to bring a disruptive and innovative approach to IE University's first and largest school.
Prior to his career in academia at IE University and the University of Michigan, Lee spent over a decade as a founder and senior manager in two technology startups in New York City and as a consultant at McKinsey & Company in Chicago, serving clients in the area of organizational performance and operations reengineering. Lee has a PhD in Cognitive Psychology and Computer Science from the University of Michigan.

Manuel Muñiz is IE University's Provost, a role that spearheads the institution's international expansion through strategic alliances. While the Rector is focused on internal leadership, the Provost is more focused on maintaining the university's external relations, whether that be with organizations or other leading higher education institutions.
Manuel served as State Secretary (Vice Minister) at the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2020 to 2021. Previously, he was Director of the Program on Transatlantic Relations at Harvard University's Weatherhead Center for International Affairs, and Fellow at Harvard University's Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs.
In addition to teaching, conducting research, and serving as Provost at IE University, Manuel Muñiz is the Dean of IE School of Politics, Economics & Global Affairs. He is also Head of the IE Arts & Humanities Division and founder of the IE Centre for the Governance of Change.
Besides his roles as Provost at IE University and a professor, Manuel Muñiz serves as the Head of IE School of Humanities and is the founder of the IE Centre for the Governance of Change. With extensive academic experience, he has served as a lecturer at Tufts University, a teaching fellow at the University of Oxford, and a research fellow at Sciences Po Paris. His expertise lies in innovation, disruption, political economy, and regional and global governance, backed by a DPhil (PhD) in International Relations from Oxford.

Salvador Carmona is the Rector of IE University and Dean for Faculty Affairs. Salvador also regularly contributes to professional journals and magazines, engages in consultancy work for corporations, and leads executive training programs aimed at the top-level management of multinational enterprises. From 2006 to 2011, he served as Editor of the European Accounting Review, a top accounting journal.
Salvador holds a PhD in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Seville (Spain), a Bachelor's in Economics and Business Administration, University of Seville (Spain), and completed the Colloquium on Participant-Centered Learning (CPCL) at HarvardUniversity. He is well versed in management and accounting control, management structures, and the implementation of ERPs.

Santiago Íñiguez de Onzoño is the President of IE University and a recognized influencer in global higher education. He is also the Vice-Chairman of Headspring, a company owned by the Financial Times and IE Business School providing custom education programs for companies worldwide.
Santiago is the former Dean of IE Business School and has played a leading role in business education. He was portrayed by the Financial Times as "one of the most significant figures in promoting European business schools internationally". Santiago was the first European appointed as "Dean of the Year" by Poets & Quants (2017). He earned his doctorate in law from the Complutense University of Madrid.
Soledad Atienza is the dean of IE Law School and has extensive academic experience and a global vision of legal education. Prior to this role, she practiced law at the leading Spanish law firm Pérez-Llorca for five years.
Soledad earned her Ph.D. in Social Sciences from IE University and is currently a law professor. Her expertise includes the areas of comparative law and legal teaching methods. She has an Executive MBA degree from IE Business School and a Certificate in European Studies from the European Institute of the University of Saarland in Germany. She was a visiting student at Cornell University in New York and holds a law degree from the CEU San Pablo University in Spain.
