IIS

The IIS is an interdisciplinary research institute founded in 1985 to serve as a source of collaboration for faculty and students studying language, learning, and artificial intelligence. Our flagship course, the Cognitive Science Seminar, runs each semester with a public lecture from 4-5pm. Our offices are on the 3rd floor of the new STEM building at The University of Memphis.
