Chandan Kumar Sarkar is a Researcher and Economist. He has completed B.Sc (Hons) and M.Sc in Economics with specialization in Econometrics and Operations Research from Calcutta University, India. He is pursing higher study under National University. He has experienced in field research. He has completed post graduate diploma (International Relations) from Dhaka University. He has strong presentation, communications, team building and leadership skills.
He has 15 publications in national and international journals. He presented nine seminar papers at home and abroad. He has visited United Nation's Head Quarters in Geneva, Switzerland , Peace place in Netherlands, Indira Gandhi memorial hall in Mauritius, Gandhi hall in Nepal to present papers. He is a co-author with Prof. Dr. Abul Barkat of a book entitled Private Sector Health Services in Bangladesh: An exploratory Study, 2003, funded by Germany. Presently, he is working as Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, International University of Business Agriculture and Technology. However, he is a regular contributor of National and International News Papers and working voluntarily as a human rights activist in Bangladesh.

Abhijit Saha is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, at IUBAT University. He has been working with the same department since December 2013 and is engaged in teaching and research.

Dr. Farjana Sultana joined the IUBAT in 2010, as a Faculty member. Since her coming to IUBAT, she is teaching Plant Pathology, Plant Physiology and Educational Planning. Dr. Sultana is specialized on biological control of plant diseases, an exceptionally environment friendly technique, and is trying to establish this system in Bangladesh.
Dr. Sultana achieved her bachelor degree from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh (BAU) in 2003 and same year she went to Japan for post graduation. She did her MS and PhD at Gifu University, Japan in 2006 and 2009, respectively. During the course of her MS and PhD research, she had identified several genes which are responsible for inducing systemic resistance in plants by Plant Growth Promoting Fungus (PGPF). Immediately after her graduation, she came back to Bangladesh only for her strong patriotism. She is continuing the same research here. She has already published 12 scientific papers in different prestigious peer reviewed journal with the total impact factor of 16.5.
Dr. Sultana is personally working with the concept of KBAD (Knowledge Based Area Development) and trying to help the needy people. She believes that every people should extend their hand to the nearest people so that poverty alleviation from this country may come into true.

Dr. Bilkis Raihana joined IUBAT as an Assistant professor in Economics at the college of Arts and Sciences in 2014. She obtained her Ph.D degree from Rajshahi University in 2003 and also she took her Honours and Master degree in Economics from the same university. Before joining here as an full time faculty, she held the position of Assistant professor at Asian university of Bangladesh (April 2005 to November 2014).
Dr. Bilkis has published a good number of research articles in national and international peer reviewed journals. She is also engaged as a consulting editor in the journal of "Global Disclosure of Economics and Business'' ISSN NO 2305-9168 published by Asian Business Consortium (For details go through the link : www.qdeb.weebly.com).Dr Bilkis loves teaching as well as research in the field of Economics.

Dr. Saha is currently serving in the Department of EEE as the Coordinator. He completed his PhD degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Hanyang University, Korea. He got his B.Sc. in EEE and M.Sc. in EE degrees from DUET and Kyungnam University, Korea respectively.
He has some work experience at PRAN Dairy Ltd. and Khulna Power Station as an Assistant Engineer (Electrical). He was awarded the Korean Government Scholarship and the IEEE-IES student scholarship. His research interests include power electronics and renewable energy. Dr. Saha has some international journal and conference publications, and he is a member of IEB and IEEE.

Dr. Dewan Muhammad Nuruzzaman is currently working as a Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, College of Engineering and Technology (CEAT), International University of Business Agriculture and Technology (IUBAT).He possesses excellent track record having over 25 years of teaching, research and administrative/management experiences at highest level. He obtained Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering with First Class from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET) (Former name, Bangladesh Institute of Technology, Rajshahi) in 1991.Then, he started the teaching/lecturing career at Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET) (Former name, Bangladesh Institute of Technology, Dhaka). After that, he joined as a Research Assistant (RA) with the European Commission (EC) Project during 1995-1996 and researched on "Analyses on the Design Parameters of a High Speed Journal Bearingunder Different Operating Conditions". He further continued his research and later, he was awarded Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering from University Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 1999. In 2002, he joined as a Japanese Government Research Scholar and worked on Engineering Tribology/Surface Engineering / Materials Tribology and achieved a major breakthrough in the areas of "Development of WC Cermet Coating Technology on Different Steel Substrates for Engineering Applications" and was awarded Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering from Saga University, Japan in 2005.
Dr. Dewan Nuruzzaman served as a Professor (December 2008-December 2012) and Dean (June 2009-June 2011) of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, DUET. Later, he was appointed as a Visiting Professor (September 2012-December 2013) at Faculty of Manufacturing Engineering, University Malaysia Pahang (UMP). He also served as an Associate Professor (December 2013-June 2020) at the Manufacturing Engineering Program, Faculty of Manufacturing & Mechatronic Engineering Technology,University Malaysia Pahang.
During his academic / professional career, he successfully completed quite a number of Research Projects as Principal Investigator (PI). He has Supervised and Co-Supervised a number of Postgraduate Research Students.As an Expert Member of his areas, he examined quite a number of Postgraduate Theses (PhD / Master level). Moreover, as an Expert Member / External Member he evaluated a number of Projects of Governmental and Non-Governmental Industries / Organizations.
Currently, his research interests include Advanced Materials, Polymer and Composites, Metal Matrix Composites, Engineering Tribology, Surface Engineering, Advanced Design of Machinery and Machine Elements, Fluid Film Lubrication, Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication,Erosion of Composite Materials, Applications of Coatings Technology,Thermal Chemical Vapor Deposition, Thermal Oxidation, Thermal Evaporation etc. During his academic / professional career, he has authored or co-authored over 120 scientific publications in reputed International Journals (Web of Science/SCOPUS) including the Book Chapters / Conference Proceedings. Dr. Mozaffar A Chowdhury is an Assoc. Professor of CBA. He did an MBA from Bedfordshire University, England and a BBA from Chittagong University. He also did an MA in Economics from Bowling Green State University, USA and he is currently perusing a PhD in Finance at School of Business and Economics, University Putra Malaysia. His area of teaching is corporate finance, international finance, and introduction to business which he has been teaching for last 14 years. He also has research interest in finance, macro/financial economics and fiscal and monetary policy. Earlier he did work for One Stop Ltd., England as Assistant Manager in Retail Management. He has contributed research papers in international journals and presented papers in international conference abroad.
He has achievements of funded scholarship of masters in Economics at Bowling Green State University, Ohio, USA (2016) and a full grant from the Planet under Pressure Conference, London-2012 funded by Oxford University, England. He also had funded scholarship for PhD from Niagara University, USA which he discontinued.
Mr. Chowdhury is an editorial member of South Asian Journal of Management (under AMDISA, India), the founding member as well as associate editor of IUBAT Review and editorial member of Journal of Finance, Business and Management Studies, India. Dr. Nondy is currently serving in the Department of EEE as an Associate Professor. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Masters of Technology (M Tech) degrees in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, in 2000 and 1992 respectively. He completed his B.Sc. in Engineering degree in EEE from DUET in 1989.
He was faculty and Assistant Professor (EEE) in Sylhet, Mymensingh Engineering College and Technical Teachers Training College, Dhaka. He also worked as Principal in charge of Sylhet and Mymensing Engineering colleges for many years. He served as officer in charge in the research and knowledge management cell, Directorate of Technical Education, Dhaka.
He has published research papers in National and International Conferences and Journals; His research areas include Power System Stability, MHD System, Smart Grid, Hyperstability of Power System, FACT System and Renewable Energy. Dr. Abdur Rab is a Professor of Management and at present is the Vice Chancellor of IUBAT-International University of Business Agriculture and Technology. Earlier, he was the Pro Vice Chancellor and Vice Chancellor of Eastern University, Dhaka Bangladesh. He was a Professor of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) in Dhaka University for over 33 years and it's Director for three years. He was also the Dean of BRAC Business School and Professor of Management in North South University.
He served as the Vice President and thereafter as President of the Association of Management Development Institutions in South Asia (AMDISA) for three years. Prof. is a member of the Accreditation Council and the Accreditation Award Committee of the South Asian Quality System (SAQS)). He is also a member of the Executive Board of AMDISA. Prof. Rab is a Certified Management Consultant from Australia and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Bangladesh (IMCB). He was also its Chairman in 2010-2012. Dr. Rab is a Visiting Professor of International Business Management in the School of Economics and Management of Yunan Normal University, China.

Prof. Mohammad Ullah has been working as Professor and Chair in College of Nursing at International University of Business Agriculture and Technology (IUBAT) since January, 2019.
He was awarded an M Ed from the University of Manchester in 1994, Diploma in Primary Health Care from Queen Margaret College, Edinburgh in 1993. Also obtained MPH in Health Education and Bachelor of Nursing Science degree from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh in 1989 and 1983 respectively.
He has more than 34 year's progressive experience in the field of clinical nursing, nursing management and administration, education and research, institutional collaboration, and health care development with different government and non-government organizations, including National Institute of Ophthalmology, College of Nursing, and Directorate of Nursing Services and Ibn Sina Hospital, CARE International-Bangladesh and icddr,b respectively.

Saima Alam Samantha has completed her Bachelor of Social Science in Economics following Master's in the same discipline from University of Dhaka. After graduation she served as a Research Associate for nearly a year in Innovision Consulting, an international consultancy firm providing research, technical assistance and project management services to multilateral and bi-lateral donor agencies, international development organizations and consultancies.
During this professional involvement she was responsible for providing overall coordination in research projects, developing research designs, data collection tool and methods and strategies for data management, design questionnaires as well as writing reports along with interpreting and analyzing data. Through her experience she has gained the ability to integrate superior organization with different important bodies of the country like DAE, BARI, RDA and communication skills across a certain level of research.
As an Economics Postgraduate student from University of Dhaka, she taken a variety of courses mostly related to research based works.
