Amanda is the Business Manager of IT Engine, leading and overseeing the business in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. Based in Wellington, she is part of a well-established team that have collaborated together over the last 14 years. With 3 adult children, family is very important to Amanda, which is why she has always valued how strong the team relationships are at IT Engine.
Amanda joined IT Engine in 2007 in a part-time accounts role, and by 2009 she became full-time working admin and scheduling. Before entering her current role, she eventually became the Operations Manager in charge of administration, logistics, and scheduling. With strong operational experience as well as service management, Amanda knows the business inside-out and has been an exceptional asset to the business nationwide.
Amanda is especially proud of the team culture they have created at IT Engine, and she is a very grounded leader with a cohesive team. Her technical knowledge has substantially increased while working for IT Engine, and she still surprises herself when talking to clients and advise them on technology solutions for the best possible service.

Anna has diverse financial leadership experience and is currently Chief Financial Officer at Wētā FX. She has led finance across industries including telecommunications and technology, space exploration, artificial intelligence, professional services and manufacturing in the US, Australia, Singapore, the UK, as well as New Zealand.
Anna is a Member of the Institute of Directors New Zealand, Chair of the gender-advocacy organisation YWCA Auckland, and an Advisory Board Member of the Auckland University Business School.

Brendan is a highly regarded New Zealand commercial lawyer residing in Auckland as a Partner with Daniel Overton & Goulding. Brendan specialises in acquisitions, commercial law and commercial property.

Craig was brought up on a farm and left school to get a trade as a cabinetmaker. Craig completed this and followed his real passion for IT and technology. Craig worked for Cabernet for 12 years before leaving for a 3-year break to do electrical and has since returned 5 years ago to take a Management role in Christchurch.
Over the many years, Craig has been focused on moving the business forward in technology and himself into management, where he found a new passion. He's forever learning and now has roles spanning project management and branch management. Craig has been heavily involved with several successful recent projects as the business has grown and continues to under his leadership in the South Island.

Daniel is the Lower North Island & South Island Regional Manager for Advanced Security, and is responsible for the day to day operations of branches in New Plymouth, Whanganui, Napier, Palmerston North, Wellington, Blenheim, Nelson, Christchurch and Dunedin.
Daniel has worked in the security industry since 1986, in the early days as a monitoring operator and then running his own security business. He joined a major New Zealand security company in the late 80's, progressing from the private sector into government security in late 1990, early 2000's. He has previously worked for the New Zealand Aviation Security Service, Parliamentary Security and Te Papa Tongarewa.
He has held a range of leadership roles, and has an extensive operational manned management background, where the deployment of staff to operational situations, and project management, has meant detailed taskings, and in-depth planning.
Daniel joined Advanced Security in 2018 as Regional Manager for the Lower North Island, and in 2021 expanded his role to oversee the South Island branches as well. He values a great culture, strong leadership, and a vision with goals to get the company going where it needs to be.

Darryl is the Central Regional Manager for Advanced Security in the Waikato, and is responsible for the day to day operations of branches in Hamilton, Rotorua, Tauranga and Taupo.
Darryl has worked in the security industry since 2001 and joined Advanced Security in 2016, where he took the role of the Hamilton Branch Manager. In 2019, he accepted the position of Central Regional Manager.
With a background in the electrical industry, Darryl has his electrical registration and previously worked in the HVAC and Industrial electrical sectors before taking an interest in electronic security. He has gained a great deal of experience working with Government organisations and Healthcare providers, as well as commercial and industrial clients. Darryl is a registered Independent Qualified Person (IQP) for access control systems, and holds certification for major access control and CCTV systems.
Darryl enjoys working with a team of dedicated professionals, and takes pride in the service and solutions Advanced Security provide to clients. He enjoys the opportunities, knowledge and experience he is surrounded by within the Group.
Don is the General Manager of Health & Safety and Environment for TPT Group.
He has a strong background in Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems and has held senior Health & Safety Management positions working for major multi-national companies in the UK, Europe, Middle East, and New Zealand.
Don started off his career as an engineering apprentice and has a diploma in Mechanical and Production Engineering. He has been a professional auditor for many years and holds professional audit qualifications, having spent many years as Certification Manager with one of the world's leading certification bodies.
As a professional auditor he has been exposed to a diverse range of industry sectors and cultures in many different countries over the years, which he believes has given him a unique ability to view the world from many different angles and enjoys collaborating with people from all walks of life.
He has a real passion for Health, Safety and Sustainability practices and has always challenged himself to set and maintain high personal standards throughout his career.
Don is a self-confessed petrol head and rugby nut and spends most of his spare time either with a spanner in his hand or on the touch line at his local rugby club.

Emma is the Executive Assistant to TPT Group's CEO, Mike Marr. She joined the group in 2019 bringing a wealth of experience as an EA.
In her role, Emma is the chief organiser of TPT Group's Family Office and is often the first point of contact for the business. She's responsible for collating essential board reports, coordinating diaries and meetings, and orchestrating large-scale events and functions for the wider group.
Emma brings with her a passion for fostering relationships and building trust with everyone she works with - especially those within the Executive Leadership Team and at the Board level. She's passionate about TPT Group's culture, and the sense of belonging it provides to its staff as well as the community.
Confidentiality is one of her core values, and something that she upholds with the utmost seriousness, recognising the significance it plays in her role - something she has honed since her first admin role in 2006.
Originally from Scotland, Emma currently lives in Auckland with her young daughter. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling to new places, and attending live music gigs.

Hayden is the General Manager for Advanced Security Group, and is ultimately responsible for the leadership and management of the group.
Hayden has worked in the industry since 1999. He joined Advanced Security in 2010 through the acquisition of Systems.Com in Wellington, where he took on the lower north regional managers role. In 2017 Hayden took on the GM role for Advanced Security.
Hayden's background is in sales and management. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration Degree, and during his security career has also become board certified by ASIS International as a Certified Protection Professional and a Physical Security Professional. In 2020 he was the recipient of the NZSA visionary leadership award.
Hayden is comfortable analysing a P&L spreadsheet, reviewing his infamous revenue forecasting tool, chatting with customers, or pitching with the team.

Jenny Challis serves as the Service Coordinator for IT Engine. She is instrumental in assisting both the IT Engine team and our clients.
With extensive administrative expertise in the UK and New Zealand, Jenny is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. She effectively manages the technical team, ensuring they stay on track. Since moving from the UK, Jenny has been enjoyed adapting to New Zealand's culture.

Mark has enjoyed a varied and interesting career as an Executive in the aviation, telecommunication, energy, and technology industries in the United Kingdom and New Zealand.
He has held senior roles including as Head of Financial, Commercial & Legal for the Three Waters National Transition Unit, Chief Operating Officer of Victoria University, and Chief Financial Officer & GM Shared Services of Airways Corporation, to name a few.

Matt is the National Operations Manager for Cablenet, who offers his long-built industry knowledge to provide great expertise for his customers.
Matt has achieved 27 years in the data cabling industry and gained over 18 years' experience on site as a data technician. He has successfully integrated his practical work passions into his role, where he can ensure that customers' needs are being met first-hand.
Matt continues his interest in technology in his spare time, where he enjoys gaming and trying out all things electronic. He has been with his partner for 22 years and they enjoy regular family movie nights with their daughter.
With a focus on customer success and engagement, Matt enjoys his role working with the Cablenet team and his customers. He appreciates the opportunities to experience a variety of work and visit multiple sites - he's always on the move to empower his customers.
Starting as a UAV pilot for ASG Tech back in 2015, Matt has been involved in numerous research and development projects with a variety of UAVs over the years. These include heavy-lift multi-rotors in forestry and large Vertical Take-off and Landing (VTOL) fixed-wing aircraft. Matt's passion is seeing new technologies applied to solve older problems and make a real difference.
Matt holds a Diploma in Aviation, majoring in Flight Instruction, from Ardmore Flying School. Outside of work, Matt is studying software development to enhance his skills and capabilities further.

Rob is the Business Manager for Cablenet and an accomplished and experienced senior manager with over 25 years in the IT/Telecommunications sector. He possesses excellent relationship, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, enabling him to deliver positive results and effective solutions. Holding an ITIL foundation qualification, Rob has a natural aptitude for technology.
His extensive technical knowledge of products, coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills, allows Rob to build positive relationships with Cablenet teams and clients alike.
Outside of his professional life, Rob is a family man, married with four children, all boys. He has been actively involved in coaching junior sports during their early development. While he once had a passion for participating in sports, these days, he enjoys watching big games with his family.
In his leisure time, Rob indulges in his love for hunting, although he admits he's not as fit as he used to be. To aid in his hunting adventures, he recently purchased an E bike. Additionally, he is an enthusiastic fisherman and is always on the lookout to organise a team fishing trip.

Robert is an experienced senior executive having held positions of General Manager and Managing Director during his 18 years at Electrix, one of New Zealand's largest Electrical and Gas contracting companies, where he oversaw a period of sustained growth.

Steve is the Account Manager for Cablenet and has been part of the Senior Management team for most of his Cablenet career. He began his work on the practical side of IT but has since spent the last 16 years working on the day-to-day operations of the company and retaining strong relationships with clients.
A work milestone for Steve was achieving a Nationwide contract with the Ministry of Education, where the team worked on improving over 100 schools IT communications and utilising almost 100 staff at the time. Steve enjoys the challenge of pursuing the next big contract to create successful and long-lasting partnerships with businesses.
Outside of work, he spends his afternoons on the tennis court, but is an all-rounder for enjoying competitive sports.
Steve is looking forward to the next chapter of joining the TPT Group family and is excited for the new challenges that his role will bring to the table.

Steven has a proven track record of coaching, mentoring and developing high performing teams. He has successfully delivered on a broad range of highly complex strategic initiatives, restructures and organisational projects, delivering short term cost savings and long term growth opportunities.

These roles include establishing the human resources function as for publicly listed NZX top 50 Arvida Group as General Manager Human Resources for 6 years. She has also led HR within as a number of top-tier professional services firms, as well as local government and hospitality.
Teresa's qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Sociology), and postgraduate qualifications in both Human Resources Management (Cert. PMIR) and Training and Development (Dip. Business Studies). She is a generalist practitioner with depth and breadth of experience across the full range of human resources specialties, including organisational development, employment relations and health & safety. A Chartered Member of HRNZ, Teresa is a past President of the Auckland Branch. Teresa is also a member of the board of NZSA (New Zealand Security Association).

Tony joined the Group in 2005 as the Central North Island Regional Manager for Advanced Security Group as part of the acquisition of Aspect Technology, an electronic security integrator in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty. He is an experienced leader with a deep understanding of service and contracting businesses and led the integration of Aspect Technology, Concord Security, Integrated Consulting, and at the present time, Active Alarms and Everlert.
He carries out the role of TPT Group Strategic Projects Manager and has supported acquisitions, including assisting with due diligence and acting in the role of General Manager of IT Engine.
