KVOLDSTJARNAN.IS - Key Persons

Kristján Jónsson completed a B.A. degree in media and communications studies with a specialisation in advertising from USF in Florida 1984. Soon after that he became the director of the advertising agency Gott fólk in Reykjavík. A few years later he changed course and moved to Barcelona where he enrolled in painting and graphics at the Massana School of Art and Design. Kristján also continued studying drawing which he had started in Reykjavik. He graduated in 1993 and has since then lived and worked in Iceland. His works are owned by museums and public institutes as well as private companies.
