In 2011, Richmond Football Club established the Korin Gamadji Institute (KGI) as a centre of cultural strength and learning for Indigenous youth... With the help of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander researchers, psychologists and leaders we have developed a curriculum around three key pillars - Culture, Leadership and Social & Emotional Wellbeing... Our programs have helped over 3,000 young mob to find their voice and make it heard. We listen to young people in order to understand and prioritise their needs.
