David Mansor

Executing within the constraints of the Project Management triangle, while maintaining and establishing a long-term relationship with the client is David's goal as the Construction Project Manager at King Interests. As the Project Manager, David utilizes his hands-on approach to adapt personal skill sets to all stages of a project. Working closely with the client to develop the plan, he then oversees the communication with architects, engineers and local municipalities to obtain approvals and ultimately break ground. David manages the schedule, budget, team, contractors, etc. to deliver a high-quality and well-executed scope of work. David also heads King Construction, King Interest's in-house construction division. It is here that David and King Interests are able to offer their clients the complete commercial real estate and development package, overseeing every stage of the process from approvals to occupancy.

Kathy Buchanan

Kathy Buchanan is responsible for office management and administration at King Interests. In this role she wears many hats to keep the office running smoothly. Kathy had worked with Bill King previously at Carnegie Center and has been part of the King Interests team since 1996. Her prior experience included working for ten years with Philip Morris in New York City in various capacities in the management field. Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marymount Manhattan College and an MBA from Pace University in New York City.

Richard Gittleman

Richard Gittleman is currently a partner of the King Realty Group, a boutique real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, leasing and development. Prior to joining King Realty Group, Richard had his own real estate brokerage and consulting firm namely Princeton Real Estate Consultants LLC. During the same time frame he formed G2 Ventures with a partner to do residential redevelopment in the Princeton, New Jersey area. For the five prior years, Richard was a partner with Triad Properties LLC, a boutique tenant representation real estate firm based in Princeton. During his tenure with Triad he represented such clients as Selective Insurance Group, Harris Corporation, Biovid, Endopharma, Church & Dwight and Amicus Therapeutics. From 1994 through 2003 he started and co-managed the New Jersey office of Julien J. Studley, Inc., a national real estate firm specializing in tenant representation. During his time at Studley he was involved in over three million square feet of transactions with such clients as Selective Insurance Group, the Hartford Insurance Companies, Siemens, and the Institute for Defense Analysis and ETS. Richard is currently the Vice President of the Board of Directors of Princeton Community Housing and was the former President of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Chapter of the March of Dimes. Richard and his wife Kathleen live in Hopewell, New Jersey and have two daughters.

Stephen King

Stephen graduated from the University of Denver in 2009 with a duel degree in Real Estate and International Business. After several years at another firm, Stephen joined King to grow the brokerage department. Stephen is now involved in the entire development process from start to finish. Stephen is knowledgeable and experienced in the process, phase, aspect and service involved, including site selection, market analysis, finance, construction, leasing, sales and transactional skills for contracts and liability concerns. Stephen's recent sales are in excess of twenty-five million dollars and include a CVS Pharmacy in Passaic, historic office building at Carnegie Center and a 40,000/SF building in Ewing.

Victor B. Murray

Victor B. Murray, CPM has been a member of the real estate community for over 30 years as a commercial real estate advisor to corporate and institutional developers, tenants and real estate investors. Well versed in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and strategic planning, as an initial shareholder with Oliver Realty, Victor's successful career began in project management on behalf of corporate clients IBM, Alcoa Properties and Prudential Insurance in Pittsburgh. He subsequently relocated to Princeton in 1984 to stabilize the leasing of Enerplex, a Prudential Insurance exploration of energy efficient design concepts in two 130,000 sf speculative buildings in Princeton Forrestal Center. Negotiated the first of five Super Computer Centers in a public/private partnership (40,000 sq ft) and a JV for three buildings totaling 400,000 sq ft in Carnegie Center, Princeton.

William F. King, III - President

Mr. King has over 35 years of experience in the design and construction of facilities. Early in his career, he was Vice President and Project Manager for 27 projects delivered by Lewis C. Bowers and Sons in Princeton, New Jersey. This work included the initial phases of the Forrestal Center development in Princeton, New Jersey. He was then responsible for the formation of the development company and participated in the initial acquisition and development of Carnegie Center in Princeton, New Jersey. As a Partner of The Landis Group, Mr. King was responsible for the development, design and construction of Carnegie Center, Princeton MarketFair and Nassau Park in Princeton, New Jersey, as well as Independence Center on Route 95 in Philadelphia, Tower Center in East Brunswick, New Jersey and Gatehall II in Parsippany, New Jersey. In 1996, Bill King started his own real estate development, brokerage, construction and property management firm - King Interests. It serves a clientele of leading corporations, institutions and governmental agencies. King Interests is experienced in the development of large-scale projects and provides service in all planning, architectural and engineering disciplines. Most recent projects include The Law School Admission Council in Newtown, Pennsylvania, the Atlantic Foundation and RATS Restaurant in Hamilton, New Jersey and Robbinsville Commons in Robbinsville, New Jersey. King Interests also provides construction project management, value engineering, construction cost estimating, purchasing and expediting services as well as marketing, brokerage and property management services. Mr. King's civic affiliations include Chairman of the Princeton YM-YWCA Joint Trustees, past President of the Princeton Family YMCA and Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of The Hun School of Princeton. In 1999, Mr. King received The University of Colorado at Boulder's Distinguished Engineering Alumni Award, and in 2000 he was awarded the National Conference for Community and Justice Humanitarian Award. The Princeton Family YMCA awarded a 2008 Centennial Award to Bill King in recognition of his contributions to the Princeton community and the YMCA. Mr. King is married, has six children and resides in Skillman, New Jersey. Bill King, trained as an architectural engineer, has more than twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience, starting with his first job heading the construction team of the famed Jasna Polana estate and leading up to positions such as partner in charge of construction for the award-winning Carnegie Center business park. Mr. King was also development partners for East Brunswick's Tower Center, a high-profile office and hotel complex. One of King Interest's ventures included representing the Law School Admission Council in the design and construction of a new corporate headquarters in Newtown, Pennsylvania. This also included the redevelopment of their prior headquarters' building with a re-tenanting with multi-tenants. King Interests is also currently involved with project management for Miami International Holdings Inc., consulting for them in their redevelopment at various locations on the East Coast. An important strength of King Interests is its experience working with governmental agencies. Bill King has extensive history with Planning, Zoning and Subcommittee Boards in obtaining approvals.
