LINDENWOOD HOMES ASSOCIATION

The LHA was established in 1945 as a voluntary organization composed of residents of Lindenwood who were interested in maintaining the desirable physical quality of life which they enjoyed in one of the most beautiful suburban areas of the world... We are a 501(c)4 tax-exempt "social welfare" organization. As such, we are not a charitable organization, so dues payments and contributions to LHA are not considered to be tax deductible... The Lindenwood Homes Association operates on a calendar year basis. As such, we begin requesting dues for the current calendar year when we send out the January newsletter. Your dues cover gardeners and water bills for the Lindenwood common areas, maintenance of the four Lindenwood entrance gates and other historic artifacts, organization of our disaster preparedness program, this website, and our Annual Meeting/Party.
