Mama D.O.C. is currently working on a proposal to present to the government that would detail these objections to selling it and also lay out plans for economic development projects that would allow these people to not only buy their land from the government but to become self-sufficient and productive members of society... Mama D.O.C. Inc. is a Portland, Oregon based nonprofit. We promote natural health in all aspects, and do limited natural health counseling and unlimited referrals. We provide services on a donation basis to low income families, mainly in Portland and Eugene, Oregon.
