Julio is Metal Concepts welder extraordinaire. He learned to weld by attending Cecati 161 in Mexico and has worked for Metal Concepts for three years. Before coming to Metal Concepts, he worked for other landscape contractors in Arizona. Julio's attention to detail and relentless work ethic ensure every product is manufactured to the highest standards.
Ricardo's responsibilities include all non-welding manufacturing tasks, receiving, packaging, shipping, and local deliveries. He has been with Metal Concepts for two years and has been invaluable in ensuring the manufacturing process from beginning to end runs smoothly and seamlessly.
Rob has owned and been involved in several businesses over the past 30 years. His largest endeavor was co-owning a commercial landscape contracting company for 28 years. Under Rob's leadership, the company began with $160,000 in sales the first year, grew to 35 million in sales in 2007, endured several years of economic downturn starting in 2008, and then returned to profitability. After many years in this industry, Rob decided he was ready for a change and became the sole owner of Metal Concepts. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Humboldt State University. Rob brings his many years of valuable experience to Metal Concepts to provide leadership and vision.
Trey Brown is a senior at the University of Arizona in the Karl Eller School of Business. He is putting the cutting-edge knowledge he is learning to use immediately in his role at Metal Concepts. He provides business development skills to create a comprehensive vision and implementation strategies to increase sales. He is determined to learn every aspect of the business while working at the company.
