In 2004 I gave up my business and moved to Venice, California to take an in-house position as Global Sales, Team & Marketing Manager for Arbor Snowboards. Over the next six years I learned a ton. I learned global business and product development, team management and marketing strategies for all aspects of the Snow, Skate & Surf industry. I made amazing contacts all over the world as we set up a crew of twelve reps in North America and distribution channels with eleven distributors in over 20 countries. I built a team for snow, skate, and surf segments of the brand. I helped in the design of all boards in the skate and snow line from materials used, shapes, sizing and graphics. I helped in marketing details from concepts, to layout, to budgetary discussions with the marketing channels we were pursuing...... I did a lot and learned a ton.
