I was a user of the Internet before it was called "Internet", as a user of the Arpanet. I watched with interest in the early 1990s, as the new idea developed at CERN for a worldwide web took shape. The http protocol was a marvelous technological innovation, allowing people to dispense information through "hyperlinks". By the time I left Cyberlink in 1995, it was obvious that Cognigen would be housed on the web; and NOBODY would have better control of the technology than Cognigen. In 1995, I invented and pioneered the concept of the "self replicating web page", which allowed me to build massive downline organizations very quickly in a number of telcom MLM (Multi Level Marketing) programs. At the same time, Cognigen had an agent force of more traditional non-MLM telecom marketing professionals; so I developed web sites to support the operations of our agents.
