William L. Meengs, Jr. has over 25 years of experience and focuses his legal practice on estate planning, elder law, real estate and general corporate matters. Mr. Meengs is a member of the State Bar of Michigan - Probate and Estate Planning Section and Elder Law and Disability Rights Section, and the US District Court for the Western District of Michigan. He is a member of the Board for the Estate Planning Council of Northern Michigan; a past faculty member for ICLE's Probate and Estate Planning Institute; and a past President and Treasurer of the Charlevoix-Emmet County Bar Association. Mr. Meengs is also a former intern for US District Judge Richard A. Enslen, and is included in the 2012 and 2013 editions of Marquis Who's Who in America...
