My training stems from psychodynamic therapy, however, I also use other modalities of therapy such as CBT and mindfulness.

In doing so, the ultimate objective is to set the foundation for my clients to create and reach goals associated with depression, anxiety, working through trauma, self-esteem, and major life transitions.

But psychodynamic psychotherapy is not right for every client, and I can offer an eclectic approach to therapy. You'll find that I am a caring, supportive, and empathic therapist.
