Fiona Colquhoun is a businessperson with an enthusiasm and the credentials for working on all people management issues.
As founder of People Matter, Fiona brings a visionary consulting approach, with sound practical experience to her clients. Fiona's consultancy style is solution focussed, engaging and facilitative. She works primarily in both the private and public sectors, and delivers globally and in the UK.
Fiona started consulting in 2002 and People Matter's services are all in areas, where she has undertaken pioneering work.
To complement her consultancy skills and expertise and to make a greater contribution to her clients, Fiona is a trained Henley Management College executive coach and qualified commercial mediator. She is also a strong conference presenter, chair and facilitator and regularly writes and publishes articles on people management issues.
