Outdoor Education Australia is a national network of outdoor education associations that facilitates communication about the practice and delivery of outdoor education; advocates for outdoor education across primary, secondary and tertiary education; and provides policy advice... Outdoor Education Australia builds on the work of its predecessor, the Australian Outdoor Education Council. Today OEA, through its state and territory member associations, represent thousands of practising outdoor educators, teachers and organisations across Australia. Each of its members associations nominates two people to serve on the OEA committee.
