Pavillon provides primary treatment and extended care, plus treatment specific to young adults and professionals... At Pavillon, we know that food is essential to good health during early recovery and the lifelong recovery journey. Our classically trained chefs with restaurant backgrounds are an important part of our approach to treatment, focusing on fresh, local foods and balanced, nutritious meals. Chef Bryan consults with residents regarding nutrition and diet and to optimize weekly menu planning. This includes paying special attention to individual health needs, food allergies and dietary lifestyles.
