RED Engineering was established by Clemens Brandt in 2011 when the market for the development of renewable energy in South Africa was expected to boom with the proposed feed-in tariffs. As an engineering and consulting firm, RED Engineering was set up to assist foreign companies in establishing a foothold in the local market. When, subsequently the government decided not to pursue the RE-FIT scenario but to rather introduce the very successful REIPP program, our focus shifted to the consulting, engineering and installation of solar PV rooftop systems...
