Beth McMahon

Beth represents her clients in litigation in both state and federal court on a wide range of civil matters, including business torts, breach of contract, intellectual property, securities, and environmental litigation. Beth has significant courtroom experience and specific familiarity with the rules and procedures of the federal courts in the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA) where she worked as a staff attorney for six years. She also practiced as a partner in the trial section of one of Virginia's premier law firms, frequently representing clients in the EDVA as well as state and other federal courts. Her experience makes her uniquely qualified for trial counsel and local counsel work in Virginia courts. Whether in a courtroom, in mediation, or in arbitration, Beth helps her clients develop strategies to streamline and simplify disputes and resolve litigation when possible. Because she is an experienced litigator, when trial cannot be avoided, Beth is ready to represent her clients in court before a judge or jury.

Brad Reaves

Jake Lallo

Jake is a member of ReavesColey's Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. Jake's practice focuses on assisting both public and private clients in a range of corporate matters spanning the entire lifecycle of a business, from business formation to mergers and acquisitions, exit transactions and business succession planning. Jake brings a regulator's perspective to the corporate practice and is adept at helping clients navigate issues that a growing business may encounter. Prior to joining ReavesColey, Jake worked as an attorney and project manager at a private equity fund where he dealt with contract and regulatory issues related to the fund's assets. He also worked with the Ohio Legislative Service Commission, where he served as an advisor to Ohio legislators on government regulations.

Jessica A. Clark

Jessica focuses her practice in the areas of trust and estate administration and estate litigation, including beneficiary representation, guardian and conservatorships, fiduciary litigation, and estate disputes that arise during the course of administration. Jessica has extensive general litigation experience in contract, business, and real estate litigation. She has experience advocating for her clients in both state and federal courts, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal. Jessica has also assisted clients with their transactional and corporate law needs, working with individual and corporate clients to manage their relationships with business partners, customers, venders, and other third-parties. Jessica is fluent in Spanish having studied and lived abroad during her undergraduate years at Colorado State University. In law school, she served as Editor-In-Chief of the Regent University Law Review. John Mills

John represents clients in the area of strategic patent counseling, including the development of patent portfolios, freedom-to-operate strategies, and patent diligence in connection with corporate transactions.
