The health services provided by the Gracelight Community Health are partially funded by the County of Los Angeles. This health center is a facility deemed under FTCA. We are a federally qualified health center, partially funded by grants from the federal government. We are supervised by a Board of Directors of our community. As a federally qualified health center, we are a patient-focused entity and serve everyone, regardless of ability to pay. Our services include preventive and primary care for adults, pediatrics, obstetrics and dentistry.
