The RCC is a learning community with partners from multiple sectors around the world who use relational coordination in their research and practice. Relational coordination is a mutually reinforcing process of communicating and relating for the purpose of task integration - a powerful driver of well-being and performance, especially when work is interdependent, uncertain and time constrained... Using a low cost, accessible membership model, we convene a global community of researchers and leaders through Cafes, Roundtables, newsletters and social media. We serve as the hub of a distributed network that provides training, courses, seminars, teaching materials, consulting, coaching, certification, measurement tools, analytic support, interventions and more...
