As a frontman of the band Guster and Co-Founder/Co-Executive Director of REVERB, Adam has long recognized the power of music to affect positive change. Since REVERB's founding in 2004, Adam has been rallying and empowering his fellow musicians to use their platforms to create real, measurable change for people and the planet.
Touring steadily himself for decades, one of the prime motivators for starting REVERB was to help the music industry cross the chasm between intentions and actions when it came to its environmental footprint. Whether from the back of his tour bus or our office in Maine, Adam's daily work for REVERB consists primarily of working with artists and their managers and overseeing our projects and partnership teams.
In addition to his work with REVERB, Adam has been an outspoken environmental activist testifying to Congress on two separate occasions in support of important environmental legislation. He also helped lead groups of musicians to the rainforests of Guatemala and Peru to get a firsthand look at the effects of illegal logging on local and indigenous communities. Adam and REVERB were named Official Music and Public Engagement Partner to the United Nations Environment Programme in 2018.
As a manager at Career Artist Management (CAM), Adam "ASH" Harrison shepherds and guides the careers of GRAMMY® Award-winning multiplatinum clientele, as well as leads a dynamic and highly creative staff. His emphasis on teamwork remains integral to the company's continued growth and success.
Growing up in the Washington, D.C. area, he made his entry into the music industry via alphabetizing CDs at famed radio station, DC101. While attending college at Indiana University he interned at Doolittle Records of Austin, TX, and East Coast Entertainment in Richmond, VA.
Harrison landed a coveted music mailroom mafia gig at William Morris upon arriving in Los Angeles. Soon after, hebegan a longstanding friendship and working relationship with veteran manager Jeff Castelaz. Under Castelaz, he handled day-to-day management duties for The Promise Ring, Grandaddy, Scapegoat Wax, the original project of in-demand songwriter Marty James. When Scapegoat Wax joined Maroon 5 for a tour, he developed a bond with manager Jordan Feldstein and joined him to start CAM in 2004 .
Over the past fifteen years, Adam Harrison has played an integral behind-the-scenes role in Maroon 5's historic success, spanning four chart-topping multiplatinum albums- Hands All Over, Overexposed, V, and Red Pill Blues-a string of culture-defining singles, world tours, and frontman Adam Levine's 14-season run on NBC's The Voice. He would also augment the facilitation of Levine's 222 Records and production deal with Universal, as well as a wide variety of high-profile branding and endorsement deals including K-Mart, Honda, Samsung and JBL.
Adam Levine is the lead singer of the Grammy award-winning international band, Maroon 5. As a long-time supporter of REVERB, Adam has worked with us to make Maroon 5 tours green and engage millions of his fans at concerts and online since 2005. Also a Founder of REVERB's Green Music Group, Adam has been vocal in rallying his musician peers to take action for the environment stating, "It should be industry standard to work with REVERB.

Andy is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of 3D Systems Corporation (NYSE : DDD), a global provider of 3D printing centric solutions including 3D printers, print materials, services, software and on-demand parts. He joined 3D Systems in 2006 and previously served as Interim President and CEO from October 2015 until April 2016. Prior to joining 3D Systems, Andy was an Associate with Hunton & Williams LLP on the asset securitization team. He graduated from Miami University in 1996 with a B.A. in political science, diplomacy & foreign affairs and religion and received his J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1999. [He has worked with Adam since Guster was Gus and still holds the individual Guster Rep sales record for "Parachute."
Ann Kingston is an artist manager and head of philanthropic initiatives for Red Light Management. She works with the company's clients to form strategic partnerships with non-profits on local and national levels; assists bands in using their voices to effect positive change; and helps produce large-scale benefit concerts.
In addition to her philanthropic role, she also manages South African folksinger Vusi Mahlasela, and is a part of the management team for Dave Matthews Band.
As Project Manager, Brian designs and executes on-site fan engagement activations and sustainability initiatives with a wide range of REVERB partners including bands, tours, and venues. In his previous role as REVERB's Logistics Coordinator, Brian managed warehouse operations and led logistical efforts for tours including Billie Eilish, The Lumineers, Tame Impala, Odesza, Dave Matthews Band, Dead & Company, and many others. He brings the behind-the-scenes knowledge he gained overseeing logistics and his organizational skills to all of his projects to assure the best results for partners and the planet.

Christine Meisenhelter, MSc. is a Los Angeles and New Jersey based bassist, guitarist, vocalist, and environmentalist. Christine has completed a degree in Popular Music Performance and Music Recording at the University of Southern California's Thornton School of Music and her Masters degree in Sustainable Business Leadership through the University of Leeds. Outside of working with REVERB, Christine volunteers as an Artist Advisor for the Rockit Live Foundation and stands as the Vice Chair/Program Director for Turn Up Her Mic. Christine is known for performing with various groups including Conan Gray, aespa, INJI, BiigPiig, McKenna Grace, at venues such as The Forum, Terminal Five, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and Lollapalooza. When not on the road with REVERB, Christine loves hiking, film photography, upcycling thrifted clothing, and writing music for her artist project ‘Mistine'.
Courtney joined the REVERB team in 2021 as an On-Site Coordinator, merging her experience as a naturalist with her love for music and travel. Now based in Nashville, Courtney grew up in California's Bay Area, and learned to appreciate nature in all its forms (especially insects and marine life) from an early age while camping and exploring with family. She holds a bachelor's degree in business marketing and studio art from Sonoma State University, and worked as a park ranger at Point Reyes National Seashore before she began touring with bands shortly after graduating from college.
Coming from a teaching background with the National Park Service, Courtney is happy to meet people where they're at in their journey of becoming more environmentally friendly, and she strives to make it as easy as possible for touring folks and fans alike to improve their eco-footprint. When she isn't on the road with REVERB, she's touring with bands shooting photos, talking about the gray whale migration, and at home tackling various projects, from making ceramics to raising praying mantises.

Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Dave became a naturalized American citizen in 1980. His family moved frequently during his childhood, spending time in the U.S. and England, in addition to South Africa. Dave and his family moved to Charlottesville, Virginia in 1986 where he formed Dave Matthews Band in 1991. Dave Matthews Band's infectious and distinctive sound garnered lots of early attention and a die-hard loyal fan base, catapulting the band into one of the most successful touring acts of the past two decades. Their latest studio release, Come Tomorrow, bowed at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, making Dave Matthews Band the first group in chart history to have seven consecutive studio albums debut atop the chart. Matthews' solo debut, 2003's Some Devil, was certified Platinum and its lead single, "Gravedigger," won a GRAMMY® award for "Best Male Rock Vocal Performance."
In 2000, Matthews co-founded ATO Records, an independent label now home to Alabama Shakes, Brandi Carlile and more. Matthews owns Blenheim Vineyards, a winery in Charlottesville, VA designed to have minimal impact on the environment. He is also a partner in The Dreaming Tree Wines, which has raised over $1M for environmental groups since its inception in 2011. A member of Farm Aid's Board of Directors since 2001 (along with Willie Nelson, Neil Young and John Mellencamp), and The Wilderness Society's Governing Council since 2010, Matthews is dedicated to conservation and environmental protection. In 2014, the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation honored him with its Chairman's Award commending his environmental dedication. Matthews serves as an ambassador for Turnaround Arts, a program of the Kennedy Center. Matthews has played numerous benefit concerts and the band's Bama Works Fund, along with his own Horton Foundation, have raised more than $45 million dollars for a wide variety of humanitarian and environmental initiatives.
Diane Boyd has over two decades of experience creating, executing and managing programs dedicated to philanthropy, social change, the environment, and education. Through work in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, she has worked with a wide range of partners, organizations, individuals and diverse communities - from Members of Congress to startups - and spent years as a guest lecturer at universities, manager, educator, and director of programs, trainings, and workshops. She has convened high-impact events and programs, successfully bringing together leaders in the fields of global sustainability, business, technology, philanthropy, medicine, science, and the arts.
She has developed high quality programs and outdoor experiences with numerous organizations from the National Park Service to her own business, led adventures throughout the West, on the Colorado River, and in the Gulf Islands of British Columbia, among others, and advocated for sustainability with a number of organizations supporting our public lands. Diane has developed successful media relations campaigns, generating coverage on major press outlets including MSNBC, USA Today, CNN, the Associated Press, and multiple newspapers, radio, as well as writing of editorials, press releases, and official comments on public policy. She oversaw the development and execution of national and international strategic marketing, private labeling, and sales initiatives for an adventure based medical goods company, and successfully built and managed high profile accounts, including the United Nations, across the US, Europe, and Africa.

Drew McConville is a Senior Managing Director at The Wilderness Society where he leads the organization's government relations team, seeking to defend America's wild public lands for future generations. He previously served for six years under President Obama at the White House Council on Environmental Quality.
As the Senior Advisor for Policy and Strategic Planning, Drew oversaw implementation of Administration environmental priorities, including the President's Climate Action Plan, legislation on chemical safety, fossil fuel leasing reforms, preservation of unique lands and waters, and clean air standards. Drew also worked to advance new policies for clean energy, climate change, and air pollution at the White House Office of Energy & Climate Change, Environmental Protection Agency, and Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions at Duke University.
He is a big believer in the power REVERB's mission and has drawn inspiration throughout his career from music, as well as from family that taught him to value the air, water, and open spaces that sustain us.
Erica Schair-Cardona has a B.A. in Political Science from Middlebury College and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, she became a Staff Attorney and Equal Justice Works Fellow at the Rocky Mountain Children's Law Center in Denver, Colorado, where she represented abused and neglected children, foster parents and families.
Upon moving back to Portland, Maine, she became first Staff Attorney at the Volunteer Lawyers Project. After leaving VLP to have her children, Erica became the director of the Healing Healthcare Project for the Center for Preventing Hate. The Healing Healthcare Project was a program designed to address and intervene in bias and harassment in Maine's hospitals and healthcare settings. Erica was also a co-facilitator for Lift360‘s Emerging Leaders program, dedicated to placing young, trained leaders on nonprofit boards in the Southern Maine region. After her time at Lift360, she began consulting with Scales Restaurant on all of their Front of House Operations with a particular focus on the hospitality, as it pertains to the customer experience and employee satisfaction.
Most recently, Erica has returned to the law by supervising second and third year law students in the Refugee Human Rights Clinic at the University of Maine School of Law. In the clinic, under supervision, student attorneys provide direct representation and advocacy on behalf of immigrants in Maine. Erica also volunteers at the Immigrant Legal Advocacy Project and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Hudson Foundation. She has been on the REVERB Board of Trustees since its inception.

Gwen is a third year student at Northeastern University pursuing a Music Industry degree with an Environmental Studies minor. Growing up in an Earth-conscious community, she believes in the value of environmental stewardship, striving to incorporate green efforts in all areas of her life. With a background and passion for music, Gwen understands the importance of music as a means of connecting people and inciting change.
Past experiences include working for Bike NY and the Greenburgh Nature Center. These positions further instilled Gwen's dedication to the green movement. Combined with her music studies and participation in her local music scene, these experiences have fueled her desire to make the music industry more sustainable.
Outside of school and work, Gwen enjoys playing guitar, attending concerts, and exploring the outdoors.
Jack Johnson grew up surfing and playing guitar in Hawaii. Since 2001, he has released 7 studio albums and 2 live albums that have sold over 25 million copies worldwide. His Brushfire Records label and touring crew are leaders in greening the music industry, and his All At Once social action network connects fans with local non-profits at every show.
Jack, with his wife Kim, founded the Kōkua Hawai'i Foundation to support environmental education in Hawaii and the Johnson Ohana Foundation to support environmental, art and music education worldwide. Through these efforts, Johnson supports plastic free initiatives and raises awareness about solutions to plastic ocean pollution.

James Valentine is a founding member and lead guitarist for the three-time Grammy-winning band, Maroon 5.
Beyond working with REVERB on tour since 2005, James has joined REVERB on numerous eco-adventures: from artist expeditions to the rainforests of Guatemala and Peru, to helping grade schoolers plant an organic garden, from an "extreme home green make-over" of a teen rehabilitation center, to packing food in weekend backpacks for food-insecure students.

Jeff Sharp is a creative media strategist and founder of Manitou Media, based in Washington DC. Manitou advocates for net neutrality, broadband competition and streaming innovation.
Jeff is a former Senior Adviser to Congressional Committees focused on clean energy, climate change and natural resources. During the BP oil spill, Jeff led the effort to create the Spill Cam, providing live footage to the public, media and scientists. The Spill Cam won a Tribeca Film Award for use of disruptive technology, and was dubbed the "word of the year."

Jesse Carmichael is a founding member and pianist/guitarist for the 3-time, Grammy Award-winning band, Maroon 5.
Jesse has been a strong environmental voice within his band from the beginning, working with REVERB on tour since 2005.
He has been a big supporter of our No More Blood Wood campaign to stop illegal logging joining us on our artist trip to Guatemalan rainforest to learn about the negative effects of illegal logging as well as the positive example there in the Peten of how sustainable forestry can support local communities.

Jon Powers is Co-Founder and President of CleanCapital. Jon's responsibilities include leading corporate strategy and development, investor relations, and marketing. His passion for clean energy derives from his time served with the US Army in Iraq and the realization that a clean energy economy is vital to protect America's national security interests.
After helping revolutionize the US Army's energy program, Jon was appointed by President Obama to serve as the Federal Chief Sustainability Officer. While in this role, Jon recognized the need to address the inefficiencies in clean energy finance. Jon was named to Washington Life's Top 25 Tech Leader for DC, 2016.

Kelsey joined the REVERB team as an On-site Coordinator in 2021. Before touring, she taught in ceramic studios and worked as a deckhand on historical sailing vessels. Growing up in Maine, her life long love of the sea has always been motivation for protecting the health of our environment. She loves doing a job that has a measurable positive impact in our fight against climate change.
Touring gives her the opportunity to combine her passions. Environmentalism, seeing new places, connecting with new people, with time in between to be in the studio. Kelsey holds a BFA and an MA in ceramics. She uses her work to spark curiosity and conversation about many topics, but most often she is directing attention towards our footprint on the planet. When not working for REVERB you can find her covered in clay at the studio or perhaps in a tidepool. She currently resides in the United Kingdom.

A teacher who stumbled into music management, Kim Johnson utilizes her education theory to create community engagement programs for music tours and festivals as well as environmental foundations and schools.
In 2003 Kim, together with her musician husband Jack Johnson founded the Kōkua Hawaiʻi Foundation (KHF) to support environmental education in the schools and communities of Hawaiʻi. From 2004-2010, Kim led the production team of the Kokua Festival which raised funds for KHF and served as a model of sustainability - striving for a zero-waste and carbon-neutral event. In 2008, Kim and Jack founded the Johnson Ohana Foundation to support environmental, art, and music education worldwide.
As Jack's manager, Kim serves as creative lead in advancing green touring initiatives, and in the development of fan engagement campaigns through their All At Once social action network. In 2014, Kim helped spearhead the Sustainable Concerts Working Group and in 2019 led the global launch of the BYOBottle Campaign to promote reusable water bottles and reduce plastic waste at music events.
Kim has participated in music industry panels including Pollstar and FestForums, and has recently joined the advisory board for REVERB, as part of an ongoing effort to take green touring practices to the next level industry-wide. Throughout all of these efforts, Kim & Jack strive to raise awareness in support of sustainable local food systems and plastic free initiatives.

As the Director of Touring & Projects, Lara works with artists, tour crew, management, and venues to design and implement REVERB's programs. Since 2011, she's worked with REVERB as a hands-on project manager for over 100 tours and festivals, taking inspiration and turning it into reality, for both backstage and fan-facing programs. In addition, she leads REVERB's talented Project Management team through each event, hurdle, new system and success.
Lara's work backstage includes helping tours eliminate single-use plastic, implement food and materials donation programs, and elevate waste management systems. In developing fan-facing Eco-Villages, Lara takes causes from endangered animals to clean water to the climate crisis and creates activations for fans to learn and get engaged without losing hope. Lara's work on the Billie Eilish tour includes helping create Overheated, a music climate summit at the O2 in London. She also worked with The Lumineers to create the industry's first climate positive tour in 2020. Lara's specialty is seamlessly integrating environmental and social efforts into touring without overwhelming already busy teams.
Lara figures that in the course of setting up each tour's greening efforts, she's been on more tour buses than anyone else in the industry. Her favorite part of the job is training new tour staff, combining coaching with getting her hands dirty.

As the Founder and Co-Executive Director of REVERB, Lauren Sullivan combined her lifelong passion for environmental activism with the power of music to create a nonprofit that has been leading the green music movement since 2004.
After focusing her early career on campaigning for Rainforest Network and organizing with Partnership for Parks, Lauren was moved to start REVERB to leverage the unrealized potential of live music to amplify the reach and impact of nonprofits that were doing crucial environmental work. By partnering with artists and engaging fans with a positive, solutions-focused message at concerts, she saw an opportunity to educate and empower thousands of people every year, inspiring countless concertgoers to take action in their own lives and alongside the nonprofits they were meeting at shows.
Nearly two decades later, Lauren continues to guide REVERB as it has expanded beyond fan engagement to also include comprehensive sustainability solutions for the music industry and artist outreach. Looking to empower more artists to become advocates, Lauren has helped lead groups of musicians to the rainforests of Guatemala and Peru to get a firsthand look at the effects of illegal logging on local and indigenous communities, as part of REVERB's #NoMoreBloodWood campaign
With a strong focus on REVERB's mission, Lauren directs the organization's legal, financial, human resources, governance, and grant programs, while helping to chart a path for the future through effective partnerships.
As Project Manager, Livi designs and executes sustainability initiatives for tours, festivals and venues. In her previous role, as REVERB's Community Outreach and Partnerships Coordinator, Livi helped to manage REVERB's volunteers while also facilitating the growth of brand and nonprofit partnerships with the organization. She has extensive experience working onsite with tours, festivals, and venue programs to coordinate volunteers and execute back of house sustainability initiatives, including REVERB's efforts with Lollapalooza, boygenius, Thompson's Point, All Things Go, and more!
As the Director of Impact at REVERB, Madeline leads the Music Decarbonization Project and manages REVERB's Climate Project Portfolio. With a focus on quantifying the impacts of REVERB's work through a scientific lens, Madeline works to enhance sustainability practices and programs for tours, concerts, and festivals.
Madeline's career has been dedicated to scaling clean energy solutions, from decarbonizing large commercial portfolios to developing new clean energy projects. Her unique expertise lies in merging economic and emissions analysis with stakeholder engagement strategies to drive impactful, actionable solutions.
In addition to her energy work, Madeline has contributed to economic development analysis for climate-justice movements in the Global South. She's also a filmmaker, with a documentary featuring artists at CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, reflecting her passion for the intersection of art and science.
Madeline lives in Boulder, Colorado, where she's often found skiing, hiking, or enjoying the local music scene.

Marty Hom is the longtime Tour Director / Tour Manager for Fleetwood Mac, Barbra Streisand and Stevie Nicks. He has recently worked with the Rolling Stones (Hackney Diamonds, 60th Anniversary & No Filter tours) Beyonce (Renaissance & Formation Tours), Shakira, Van Halen, Lionel Richie and most recently Olivia Rodrigo's Guts Tour. He is also the talent producer for MusiCares and was recently named to it's Board of Directors.

Following an internship in 2023, Maya joined the REVERB team full-time as the Community Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator. In this role, she helps manage REVERB's volunteers and farm initiatives while also facilitating the growth of brand and nonprofit partnerships with the organization.
Maya has a degree in Environmental Policy and Decision-Making from The Ohio State University, where she focused on effectively communicating scientific information and engaging the public in pro-environmental behaviors. She is passionate about mobilizing communities to care for the environment and fostering self-efficacy so everyone feels empowered to make a positive impact.
Some of Maya's favorite REVERB volunteer experiences include meeting long-time volunteers at Lollapalooza in 2023 and connecting with local environmental nonprofits at Billie Eilish's Hit Me Hard and Soft tour stop in Cincinnati. In her free time, she enjoys trying new recipes and discovering local coffee shops.

As Logistics & Operations Coordinator, Olivia is a key member of the REVERB projects team. Across tour, festival, venue, and campaign efforts, Olivia makes sure all the materials needed for fan engagement and backstage sustainability programs are accounted for and arrive at the right place, at the right time. Her behind-the-scenes work helps REVERB programs come to life.
Before joining REVERB, Olivia worked with Maine based non-profit, Saltwater Classroom, where she served as the Director of Education and an Educator. With Saltwater Classroom, Olivia worked to educate young students about the oceans and the pressing issues they face.
Olivia continues to help coordinate community trash clean-up events with Rubbish, a collaborative group that strives to create fun and educational events centered around community trash reduction and low-waste living. When not at work, Olivia can usually be found on her skis, bike, surfboard, or planning her next adventure.

Paige joined the REVERB team in 2013 to coordinate volunteers, and is now the Director of Volunteer and Community Programs! Each year Paige manages thousands of volunteers (REVERB volunteers have logged 135,000 hours of service at music events!) and hundreds of local nonprofit organizations who table in our Action Villages (REVERB has provided over 4,000 tabling opportunities in the cities we visit!). Additionally, Paige oversees our Farm to Stage and Farm to Family programs, and our hardworking intern teams. You can catch her at music festivals like Lollapalooza, Lockn, or Magnaball, heading up sustainability programs on the ground.
Paige balances her fun energy and positivity with a dedication to organization, responsiveness, and logistics to bring a personal touch to REVERB's community programs. She loves to connect people and organizations to live music, encourage them to take action, and shine a light on the great work being done in each community our tours visit.
Paige has been a guest speaker at Berklee College of Music, Penn State University, and New York University, as well as a guest on the Renegades & Mavericks podcast. Spreading the word about REVERB allows her to connect more and more volunteers, farms, and organizations to our artist partners, creating a vast and diverse REVERB community!

Currently based in Nashville, Rachel got involved in the music industry at the age of 18 as a backstage barista. Since then she began touring and working at music festivals doing merch, VIP, and supporting various non-profits. While managing a coffee shop in south Florida, Rachel got involved in the local music scene by booking bands and setting up music based events. Rachel recently joined REVERB in the summer of 2022. When not on the road, Rachel manages a brewery at home in Nashville. She is about to graduate with a degree in graphic design with a strong focus in photography. She loves her dog, Bennie, going for long runs, and cooking for her friends.

Roger Ballentine is the President of Green Strategies, Inc., where he provides management consulting services to corporate and financial sector clients on sustainability strategy; investment and transaction evaluation and project development execution in the clean energy sector; and the integration of energy and environmental policy considerations in to business strategy.
Previously, Roger was a senior member of the White House staff, serving President Bill Clinton as Chairman of the White House Climate Change Task Force and Deputy Asissitant to the President for Environmental Initiatives. He has been a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School teaching in the area of energy and climate policy and prior to the White House was a partner at Patton Boggs LLP.
Roger currently serves on the Advisory Boards of the Department of Energy's National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), Clean Capital LLC, 8 Rivers Capital, and the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE), where he was a founding Board member in 2001. He is a member of Ingersoll Rand's Advisory Committee on Sustainability. Roger also serves on the Selection Committee for the United Arab Emirates' (UAE) Zayed Future Energy Prize and is the Co-Chair of the Aspen Institute's Clean Energy Forum.
Roger is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Connecticut and a Cum Laude graduate of the Harvard Law School. He is a member of the Connecticut, District of Columbia, and the United States Supreme Court bars.
Suzanne has spent the majority of the past 20 years working in the nonprofit arts sector. Most recently as Director of Finance for The Music Hall in Portsmouth, NH where she oversaw finances as it relates to day to day operations, performances, supported the finance committee and led the annual audit. Prior to that, she was keeping the finances in order as the Full Charge Bookkeeper for The Telluride Film Festival. With a career in nonprofit arts she has had the privilege of seeing hundreds of incredible artists, the most memorable being John Doe, Jalen Ngonda, Steel Pulse, Renée Fleming, Rocky Dawuni, Tony Bennett and Rosanne Cash.
She is always looking for efficiencies and loves to share how she navigates living in a small home with anyone who will listen.
Suzanne has a love of travel and most recently spent a week in Urubamba, Peru where she was able to do the things she enjoys most; visit historical sites, connect with locals, learn about local architecture, practice yoga, meditate and listen to music.
