We use the best organic materials that are available, our combed reed & long straw is grown in Devon, by a family now in their 3rd generation of growing thatching straw. We believe in quality local workmanship and like to source our materials with the least possible carbon footprint. Each job undertaken is done to the highest standard, we endeavour to make sure that all preparation is done completely to the present roof before applying the new coat work or ridge. So, not only does the job look good when we leave, it will also last.
