Belinda Wong is president of Starbucks China, one of the largest and fastest growing international markets. Belinda is responsible for overseeing all facets of Starbucks business in the market, including vision, growth strategy, partner and brand development. Belinda and her leadership team successfully led the talented team of about 30,000 partners and tripled the size of business in the past years. Now, with about 1900 stores across 99 cities, the China business is positively positioned to continue to capture the enormous growth opportunities and deliver the authentic Starbucks Experience that is locally relevant to many Chinese customers in Mainland China.
With almost 16 successful years supporting the Starbucks brand across the Greater China and Asia Pacific regions, Belinda joined Starbucks China from her role as general manager of the Starbucks business in Hong Kong for Coffee Concepts, a joint venture between Maxim's Caterers and Starbucks Coffee International. In this role, Belinda managed the company's business strategy, brand development and operations for more than 110 stores in Hong Kong and Macau.
Belinda joined Starbucks in January 2000 and has held leadership positions across a variety of business units and geographies. She started her career with Starbucks as marketing director for the Asia Pacific region, where she served in brand and category management as well as marketing, public relations and corporate social responsibility. Her experience also includes working as managing director of Starbucks Coffee Singapore where she successfully turned around the market with her leadership team.
Before joining Starbucks, Belinda was marketing manager of McDonald's China Development Company, where she was responsible for formulating marketing strategies and plans for the China market.
Belinda holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in finance from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. She serves as a member on the China advisory council for UBC's Sauder School of business. In Fortune China's prestigious annual list of China's most influential businesswomen, Belinda was ranked one of the top 25 consecutively in the past four years. Belinda was also listed in the 50 people shaping the future of the U.S. - China relationship by Foreign Policy, and the Top 100 Chinese Business Women by Forbes China in 2015.

Carol Anne Lee, a native of Vancouver is CEO and co-founder of Linacare Cosmetherapy Inc. Linacare is a Vancouver based company that manufactures and distributes therapeutic skincare products across Canada. The company is headquartered in Vancouver's historic Chinatown district in a building that was purchased by her grandfather more than 80 years ago. With long standing family ties to the history of Chinatown, she is strongly committed to the revitalization of the area and is the Chair of the Vancouver Chinatown Foundation, Chair of the Vancouver Chinatown Revitalization Committee and an Honorary Patron of the Chinese Canadian Military Museum Society.
Ms Lee has a Bachelor of Commerce from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Christian Chia is the CEO of OpenRoad Auto Group Limited, the largest-volume dealership group in the province of British Columbia.
Prior to his role at OpenRoad, Christian established Summit Motors China Limited, one of five distributors for BMW automobiles in China and an authorised dealer for Toyota and Lexus vehicles in six Chinese provinces. He previously worked with Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan and was previously involved with the finance industry in Toronto.
Christian has served as a Director of Servco Pacific Inc. since 2010. He has been active in numerous community and charitable activities and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization. He has served on several boards, including the Vancouver Police Foundation Board of Trustees, the Lexus Dealer Association, the Automobile Industry Association of BC and was previously chairman of the Vancouver International Auto show. He was also appointed a member of the Canadian Federal Advisory Committee on Financing.
In 2012, Christian was named as the Laureate Award winner of the Canadian Automobile Dealers Association. Over her career, Christine has led wealth management, business banking and commercial real estate portfolios, has financed innovative companies as a venture capitalist and has experience in asset management. She is also a proven entrepreneur who has both created and helped build successful financial firms and this entrepreneurial perspective has continued to inform her solutions-oriented approach as a leader.
Prior to joining the company, she was the President & CEO of Vancity, Canada's largest credit union with over $33 billion in assets under administration.
Christine is passionate about education, entrepreneurship and equity. Her achievements both in business and in fostering community impact, social justice and environmental sustainability have earned her numerous accolades.
She has been the recipient of several prestigious awards. Heather is regional head of Canada for the Securities Division, responsible for managing the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities (FICC) and Equities businesses into Canada. Heather is also head of the North American Pension, Endowment & Foundation Solutions Group in the Securities Division. The group is responsible for providing pensions, endowments and foundations with cross asset solutions, strategic initiatives as well as private placement and co-investment opportunities. Previously, she was global head of Commodity Investor Marketing, where she was responsible for marketing commodities as an alternative asset class and as a means for clients to achieve portfolio diversification.
Heather joined Goldman Sachs in 1997 as an executive director within FICC in London. In 1999, she moved to New York and became head of the North American Commodity Investor business. Heather served in this capacity until 2000, when she became the global head of the Commodity Investor business. She served as co-chair of the FICC Women's Network from 2003 to 2004. Heather was named managing director in 2003 and partner in 2008.
Prior to joining the firm, Heather worked as a director and fixed income sales manager for Scotia Capital Markets, London, from 1985 to 1997.

Prior to his current role, Howe holds over 10 years of management consulting experience including to senior leadership roles such as National Practice Leader for Microsoft Canada Digital Advisory Services, National Leader for PwC's Digital Enablement Practice and PwC Canada's Google Alliance Leader. His experiences span across financial services, real estate, retail, telco, transportation and public sector in Europe, Canada, the U.S., Latin America and China.
Howe actively contributes back to the academic community as a regular guest lecturer for Rotman School of Business, mentor for UBC's Strategic Consulting Mentorship Program (SCMP) and Founding Member and Alumni Advisor of Lambda Phi Epsilon Toronto Chapter. Howe was recognized for his community contributions with the prestigious University of Toronto Arbor Award in 2021. Ann Glazier Rothwell has more than 20 years of experience in Canadian capital markets and alternative investment strategies. Ann is currently Portfolio Manager & Head of Business Development at RP Investment Advisors (RPIA), Canada's largest alternative fixed income manager.
Prior to joining RPIA in 2012, Ms. Glazier Rothwell was the co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Alpha Scout Capital Management, a Canadian focused fund of hedge funds and Director of the Alternative Investment Strategy and Proprietary Trading Group at TD Newcrest. Ann began her career at RBC DS in Fixed Income sales and trading, later moving to institutional equity sales and proprietary trading in Toronto and New York with RBC DS, First Marathon/National Bank Financial and Newcrest Capital.
Ann is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Leslie Wong Fellow of the UBC Portfolio Management Foundation and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the UBC Sauder School of Business. Peter graduated from UBC Sauder in 1989, at the same time a group of investment industry executives and local prominent investors founded a Vancouver-based investment firm specializing in trading and venture capital investments. He became a principal of the firm in 1990 and worked in the corporate finance department until 2001, when he sold his interest back to the firm to pursue outside investment interests. During his years at the firm, he assisted numerous entrepreneurs in small to medium-sized businesses raising capital, restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions. Since 2001, Peter has been an investor in various companies in technology, oil and gas, mineral extraction, and real estate developments. His roles in these companies range from passive investment, to advisory as a principal, to controlling shareholder. He has continued his investment activities in Hong Kong and currently has investments in several companies based in Hong Kong and China.
