Welcome to the South Seas Northwest Condominium Association web site! South Seas Northwest (SSNW) is a residential, resort, condominium community on the beautiful crescent beach of Marco Island, Florida. The condominium association consists of two 18-story towers with all 209 units in each building having outstanding beachfront views of the Gulf of Mexico... SSNW is one of four condominium associations that is part of a master association called South Seas Club (SSC). SSC manages commonly shared facilities, such as tennis courts, boat docks, a boardwalk, a manned main access gate, and common roadways and grounds, which are available for use by all residents of each individual association.
