Diane Hammond

Ms. Hammond has nearly 20 years of experience in construction project administration in Southwest Florida. She is familiar with all aspects of the construction process from permitting through close-out. Ms. Hammond has been with STULTZ, INC. since the firm was established in 2001. Prior to joining Stultz, Inc., she worked with John Stultz as a Project Administrator for a large, private developer. Ms. Hammond attended the University of Cincinnati and Ohio State University.

Jeff S. Stultz - VP

Mr. Stultz is a State Certified General Contractor with more than five years of experience directing residential and commercial projects. In addition to his duties managing day-to-day operations, Mr. Stultz personally manages many of the firm's contracts, focusing on public/government projects. Prior to joining STULTZ, INC., Mr. Stultz was a member of the founding team of Living Homes, a California home builder specializing in sustainable development and construction. Mr. Stultz is a LEED Accredited Professional and member of the U.S. Green Building Council - Florida Gulf Coast Chapter. He has an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida. Mr. Stultz is also a member of the following organizations: Airplane Owners and Pilots Association, Real Estate Investment Society, National Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

John M. Stultz

Mr. Stultz has nearly 30 years of hands-on experience in Southwest Florida's construction industry, developing the local relationships and expertise that our customers have come to value. During his career, Mr. Stultz has managed nearly every class of commercial project, including office, retail, medical, multi-family, educational, industrial, distribution, and flex-space. Additionally, Mr. Stultz has been accredited by the American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) for his expertise in healthcare construction and project management. The majority of Mr. Stultz's 30-year career has been focused on construction management as a distinct discipline. Prior to establishing STULTZ, INC., he served as President for the Construction Division of a large private developer. Mr. Stultz attended the University of Florida and Edison State College. He is a member of the Lee County Building Industry Association, the Southwest Florida Real Estate Investment Society, and the University of Florida Athletic Association. In addition to his responsibilities as Principal of the firm, Mr. Stultz also serves as a Project Manager, personally overseeing many of the firm's contracts. Mr. Stultz has assembled a highly qualified team of professionals that compliment his experience and enhance the firm's expertise.

Richard Clausen

Mr. Clausen is a State Certified General Contractor with more than 55 years of experience in residential and commercial projects in New York and Florida. Mr. Clausen has been with STULTZ, INC. since the firm was established in 2001. Prior to Stultz, Inc., he worked with John Stultz as a Field Superintendent for a large, private developer.

Robert Oxley

Mr. Oxley is a State Certified General Contractor with more than 30 years of experience in commercial and multi-family construction in Ohio and Florida. Mr. Oxley has been with STULTZ, INC. since the firm was established in 2001. Prior to that, he worked with John Stultz as a Field Superintendent for a large, private developer.

Russell Hillyard
