Angela C. Guerra serves as the Administrator Coordinator for Dr. Justin Jeffrey in the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs. Angela joined the Office of the Vice President in April 2022. Prior to joining the team, she served Health Promotion within the Office of the Dean for Student Life for Student Affairs for 4.5 years. Angela has been with Texas A&M University since 2015.

Dr. Justin Jeffery

Job Titles:

Justin Jeffery provides administrative supervision for four departments: the Texas A&M Career Center, Music Activities, Student Affairs Planning, Assessment & Research, and Student Life. In addition to his areas of supervision, he serves as the chair/convener of the Special Situations Team and has oversight of the Student Behavioral Issues Committee. Dr. Jeffery also oversees the Division's strategic planning efforts, annual reporting processes, committee management, and academic integration initiatives. Dr. Jeffery has over 15 years of experience in higher education and student affairs - both within international and American contexts. His career has included work at small private colleges and large public and land-grant universities and spanned multiple functional areas including housing/residence life, campus activities, spirit and tradition programming, student organization advising and development, student leadership development, and community service programming. Prior to his current role at Texas A&M, Dr. Jeffery served as Director of International Student Life at the University of Georgia from 2014-2021. Dr. Jeffery is actively involved with NASPA (Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education) where he currently serves on the Region III Board as a NASPA Foundation Ambassador. He earned his B.A. in Political Science and Master's in Higher Education Administration from Kent State University and his Ph.D. at UGA's McBee Institute of Higher Education.

Dr. Kristen Harrell

Dr. Harrell provides administrative supervision for the Department of Multicultural Services, Disability Resources, Don & Ellie Knauss Veteran Resource and Support Center and Student Community Standard. Dr. Harrell is the chairperson for the University Disciplinary Appeals Panel. Dr. Harrell works with branch and off-site campuses of Texas A&M University and has 25% of her time allocated to supporting the Student Affairs functions at the 11 Texas A&M University System campuses and RELLIS. Dr. Harrell also has responsibilities relating to risk management and compliance for the Division of Student Affairs.

Reagan is senior director of development for the Department of Engineering Academic & Student Affairs, Biomedical Engineering and Corporate Development in the College of Engineering. He assists donors in identifying the areas and programs in the departments where their support will enhance Texas A&M's capability to be among the best universities. Reagan joined the Foundation in March 2014.

Mr. Tom Reber

Mr. Reber provides administrative supervision for the departments of Residence Life and Recreational Sports, and is the Division liaison for Technology Services, Facilities Management, Human Resources and Finance. He also leads the Division budget review and resource allocation processes.

Ms. Audrey Peña

Audrey Peña is responsible for the creation of digital and print visual aides to accompany marketing materials. She develops creative designs, photos and videos for the Division of Student Affairs website and social media channels, and assists with brand standards and developing a consistent visual strategy across all DSA departments. Audrey came to the Division of Student Affairs in October 2017 after working for 2.5 years as a graphic designer at the Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences. Audrey earned a bachelor of science degree in agricultural communications and journalism from Texas A&M University in 2015.

Ms. Cari Tawney

Cari is responsible for managing a full range of business activities for the Centralized Business Office in the Division of Student Affairs. She oversees the Division's budget process and human resources workflow through the Vice President's Office. In addition, she sits on the Committee of Senior Business Officers, the Budget Improvement Team, and the Accounts Payable Process Improvement Team. Cari joined the Office of the Vice President in November 2013. Prior to joining the team, she worked in the Office for the Dean of Liberal Arts for 10 years. Cari received B.B.A in Accounting from Texas A&M in 1995.

Carrie has been at Texas A&M University for over 20 years.

Julie manages donor relations for the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs Development Office. She develops and plans all donor-related events as well as gift-tracking and processing for the division. She also serves as a Human Resources liaison and business coordinator for the departments of Music Activities and Student Affairs, Planning, Assessment & Research, as well as co-chairing the Division of Student Affairs Staff Awards. Julie previously held a business coordinator position in the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs and a business associate position at the Texas A&M University Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital. She has been with the Texas A&M since 2007. Ms. Anderson received a B.S. in Animal Science from Texas A&M University in 2006.

Loretta assists with business functions and decisions for many of the smaller departments within the Division. She also serves as a Human Resource Liaison for several departments as well as for the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs. Loretta has worked in the business office as part of the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs since July 2015 and has 10 years of service with Texas A&M University. Additionally, Loretta also serves as Chair for the Donor Relations Committee as part of the Board of Directors for the Memorial Student Center OPAS. She is also a member of the American Business Women's Association (Leading Women Express Network chapter) and assists with the Texas A&M student chapter. Loretta received a B.B.A in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
