"Over the past 10 years The Cipla Foundation has been using the expertise of Spring High in assisting by building workflow and high availibitily mobile systems for our pilot of modular medical solutions that we have deployed in peri-urban and informal settlements across Southern Africa. We work in a very difficult and complex environment and needed to be connected to what was happening on the ground at all times. Spring High managed to develop and deliver a solution for us. Spring High's Founder and Director, Geoff Smith, began his career 30 years ago, when the Internet was a much simpler and smaller universe, as a Process Instrumentation and Audio Engineer in Cape Town. A decade in the UK followed, during which time he evolved his web development acumen in tandem with the Internet's expansion in possibilities.

Georgie Pearson

Georgie Pearson joined Spring High as a director and partner in 2020. Georgie has vast experience in managing operations and delivering projects across a wide spectrum of industries in Southern Africa. Georgie has a background in Retail and Corporate Banking applications, having worked with Absa, Standard Chartered, Sanlam and Standard Bank. In addition, Georgie has 15 years experience in the Facilities Managment Industry, delivering workflow systems that allow cost effective buildings managment and contractual adjustments. Georgie studied Project Management at the Stellenbosch School of Business - SA and Change Management through Prosci - SA. Georgie oversees all Spring High Projects, ensuring they are delivered in time and within scope.
