(TCCAP) is proud to be one of 1,000 Community Action Agencies nationwide that provide real solutions to the complex causes of poverty in the communities we serve. Since 1965, Tri-County CAP has been helping people and changing lives. Our array of 14 programs, offering over 50 different services, assists more than 25,000 individuals and families every year in Coös, Carroll, and Grafton Counties.
