The Sams Group provides the following services: Landscape design and installation, mowing/lawn maintenance, mulching, aeration and seeding, tree and shrub trimming and removal, rock walls, paver patios, snow removal and general maintenance services... As a child, Rodney Sams began his landscaping career mowing neighborhood yards. Upon graduating high school, he turned his creative interests in to a full-time career. In 2008, he consolidated his operations and officially named his business The Sams Group. Over the years, his business specialized in both residential and commercial properties in the Butler, Warren and Hamilton County areas. Most recent commercial clients have included Liberty Grand Villas in Liberty Township, Ohio, properties for Ace Community Management in Butler County, Ohio, and John Henry Homes (model homes and Homearama 2009) in Warren County, Ohio.
