It all started for me, 50+ years ago, assisting my father, as he did his father, meticulously and skillfully preparing open-pit charcoal roasted pig, hand turned on a bamboo pole. Our family passion has carried on over a hundred years, feeding friends and family for special occasions in the Philippine Island tradition.
