Founded in 2009, VdA Academia is the first academy created by a law firm in Portugal certified by the DGERT in Legal, Management and Soft Skills training. We are part of a team with more than 100 certified trainers with different backgrounds, including Law, Psychology and Human Sciences and Engineering, and with both national and international experience... VdA Academia offers executive training programs aimed at developing and enhancing the skills of employees, boosting their performance and, consequently, achieving better results. We design bespoke legal, management, leadership and soft skills programs suited to the needs and reality of each of our clients... We are a Corporate Academy focused on organizational and individual excellence, whose main purpose is to develop legal, management and leadership skills.
