VEA COMPETITION

Deadline for submission is December 31st, 2023 11:59PM EST. Applications will be submitted online through an Acceptd portal. The portal opens every year in the fall. There is no fee for entry into the competition... The Vandoren Emerging Artist Competition started in 2010 as a way to identify the next generation of great clarinetists and saxophonists and acknowledge them for their talent, the work it took to succeed and the artistry they display on their instrument. The competition has also become a vehicle for young composers through the VEA commissions project
